Size of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Quiet, peaceful sleep without disturbance in the morning (no one knocking to clean the room) Cleanliness of hotel and friendliness of staff.
A bit out of the way, but, get the Metro to Porte de Choisy (line 7) come out of Metro station and walk past tram stop to bus 183. Get bus 183 to Malassis and it is a short walk to the hotel (in the direction the bus is going) so not so bad once you know how
great hotel. we stayed at Angers and looked for the same Hotel in Paris .
No air condition .
Was it soooooo difficult to give 2 pillowcases for 2 people that we were tired from waiting and slept with big long towel over our pollow.
clean and easy to get train station. Good facility, free wifi is fast
Staffs can not speak English clearly
Clean and properly facilitated. Good price.
Some of the receptionists not so friendly.
New furniture Friendly staff Location between Orly airport and city center. Well equipped kitchenette. Price
We arrived after midnight, on the reception, there was only a security staff that couldn't speak English.
Babybed was already placed and neatly done with bedsheets. Just as requested. Good service!
It.s my second stay and it.s comfortable, clean, with all you need to cook some food. Access to city center is quick by metro and in the vicinity there is a carrefour to by all you eventually need.
Only one small soap for a double room.
Located on outskirts of main Paris, so more travelling getting to attractions.
Wifi was fast and could be used simultaneously for various devices. Room was very clean and comfortable and modern. Kitchenette was well equipped, had everything you need!!!! Could cook anything there. Even had a corkscrew to open wine bottles. Bathroom was clean and even had a heated towel rack! We would greatly recommend this place!
Staff could be friendlier. Room cleaning only once a week.
It was further from city centre than expected and needed several methods of traveling to arrive in the heart of Paris
very good for a fair price; very convenient for everything: good mattress, everything to make a good breakfast or a simple meal. Pleasant staff.
cheap curtain in the shower
In their website they advertised parking. After they accepted my credit card - they told me there was no parking. They would not give me a refund. Don't stay here if you have a car and luggage. These people are horrid!!
Price and novelty of premises
It's a bit far from centre. Also after 22h there is no late open shop.
price is quite ok
Personally I like a lot apparthotels, they are cheaper than traditional hotels but have larger room and there is a small kitchen -- perfect for stays longer than several days. This one is very good, room was clean and full equipped, the whole level of comfort was more than I expected. So if you don't mind that it is in a suburb, I highly recommend it.
It was smelling like food inside my room and in the hall.
- Near Carrefour Market - The kitchinette was well equipped
- 10 min walk from metro 7 Paul-Vaillant via rue du Malaisy
Good staff members, excellent size bedroom and comfort! Definitely I recommend this hotel. Very easy to get the bus and subway to go to Paris downtown.
Do not have options for restaurants around the hotel.
Free parking area, close to carrefour market. Free wifi for one device only!
Rooms need maintenance many things are broken and in really bad condition. In the pictures they provide pics with seating area, but there is no seating area there is no sofa. Small kitchen and bedroom and foldable table without chairs. cleaning the room once a week only otherwise you have to pay for it!
Good hotel close to Paris, near to a main line of the metro. We had everything we needed at the hotel and there is a supermarket in the same building. Definitely a hotel to recommend.
Coffee machine but no filters or close by power socket. I need coffee.
The staff were pleasant and accommodating in trying to fulfill our request of balcony room. However, this meant they only had a room where the tv, fridge and other things didn't work. They were happy to change it if we would accept a non-balcony room, which we did. The apartment is modern, extremely clean. Location is super - on a main road with supermarket in the complexe and shops around, metro close by. Secure parking was an advantage. Its a good balance for a visitor who wants clean living space at a budget price and so does not mind the extra travel time into central Paris. We will certainly stay there again and have recommended already to friends.
Not much to dislike, just the pantry. - the layout of the pantry is impractical. There is no counter space to prepare meals. The sink, draining board butt up against the stove top. This means if you have stuff draining on the board there is nowhere to prep your meal. - no cupboard space to store provisions (necessary for longer stays). Cutlery etc. is in the area under the sink which feels strange. - Parking a bit expensive at 8 euro a day.
Free parking place next to the hotel. Nice room with kitchen and bathroom. The grocery store is right under the hotel.
It is a little far from the city centre but ideal for those ones who wants to explore Paris.
The hotel is quite new, the bedrooms were very clean, confortable and equipped with the main utensils to cook a basic meal (there is also a small fridge with freezer). There was a small extensible table (suitable for 2 persons). Our bedroom was overlooking the surroundings, we didn't hear any traffic noise. There is a supermarket on the same building with everything you may need. The hotel is located about 25 min from the center of Paris if you take the bus&metro, which for us was OK. It is located on a quite residential area. Very good value for money. The staff was very nice, mainly the night auditor who did our check-in. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone =)
We enjoyed everything.
