Nothing Good! Bad attitude of receptionist, two days - no cleaning ; when ask for towel he ask why ? Toilet paper need to come to front desk pick up, no housekeeping service; Left a plastic bag of chocolate in fridge but they said nothing, dishonest --housekeeping; waiting at airport for shuttle bus over half an hour even after called. The worst hotel which I have stayed ! Nothing ! All the worst !!!! Now I know why they are selling low price !

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with good bath and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was pleasant. We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and had 24 hour reception. The taxi drivers at the airport refused to drive there for less than 40 euros although it was only 24 euros by the meter at the end of the journey. We arrived from the airport after 10pm with lots of luggage which we had to drag up to a second storey room via stairs as there was no lift and no porter. There was only microwave meals available for purchase from the reception at that hour - four boxes of microwave meals, two cokes and four cans of beer came to an overpriced 50 euros. The service menu in the room was written in French with no English translation and the staff were very rude.

Location We asked the hotel staff about a shuttle to the airport, they told us the left every 30 mins. When we went to check out they said none were avilable as we needed to have booked one. They did not tell us this and then tol us a taxi would be 40 minutes. Very stressful as we were close to missing our plane. Unbelievable given its an airport hotel that they can't get this right and they knew we were onyl staying overnight Would not recomend this hotel to others

Very good, new appartments. One double bed in one bedroom with toilet and bathroom attached. Living room has one sofa cumbed which is large enough for 2 adults. Kitchen has all basic items like fridge, cooking top, microwave, basic utensils etc.For 4 adults this appartment is perfect value for money. We did not use the hotel breakfast and their shuttle bus service for the airport as we had our own car. Free parking if you just park in open space around the appartments. For gps address, " Avenue de montmercy, 4, Roissy en france " is the recent correct address but since this is new development in that area this road is not present in old gps. In old gps " Chemin de montmercy " is present and if you select this street, it is wrong.so for old gps, reach to this point and instead of taking the last sharp left turn , go straight on and pass 2 next roundabouts and you will reach this place. It is next to the stadium in this village.

Very close to cdg airport. However, very difficult to find once in the roissy village. The directions and the position of this property is very hard to find. We circled around the village several times and had to stop to ask a few times because there were no markings for this property.

The hotel staff was helpful - especially the two men who transferred to and from the Charles de Gaulle airport. The room was sparsely furnished. We had requested either a king bed or twin beds and were provided a double bed. The key to the room was difficult to use with poor night time lighting outside. There was no hair dryer. We would not stay there again, as we did not feel there was good value for the money.

My visit was very short so nothing stands out other than the friendliness of staff. I arrived late in the evening and wasn't told how the lights worked so had to go back to the desk because the phone did not work. I was very tired and chose not to have a repair man fix it. I also told the clerk that I did not want the breakfast the next morning but was still charged for it. I realized this when I arrived home and called asking for a credit on my card. 24 hours later I am still waiting on the manager to return my call. I certainly hope I received this credit.

Free parking The apartment was filthy dirty and in dire need of maintenance. My 9 month old baby was on the ground crawling around for 5 minutes and had dark brown dirt patches on his knees and feet from the grime on the floor. He also discovered and tried to grab a broken glass and a crusty old dummy (baby pacifiers) that had been swept under the couch. The knives and forks and dishes still had grime on them. Probably something to do with the fact that there were no dishwashing detergent, sponges, tea towels or any cleaning products whatsoever. The internet connection instructions were incorrect. Our key was only programmed for one night when we were staying for two. And finally The shuttle from the airport to the village never came to pick us up as we sat in the cold waiting after a long day out and about. Maintenance issues included a broken toilet roll holder (hanging out of the wall), Shower head not afixed properly, bedside lamp not working and loose (nearly falling off the wall).

Excellent location, really spacious and clean accomodation. I have stayed at other hotels in Roissy Village for a lot more money and then struggled with the shared courtesy bus as it gets too full where as this has its own bus which picks you up on arrival at the airport and you can book it to go back free of charge. I would definitely stay here again rather than a hotel absolutely no comparison.

Convenient to airport, friendly & helpful shuttle, Internet access, maintenance & front desk staff very helpful. I was on the ground floor and there was no way to secure the french doors to allow for air (no air conditioning) to circulate.

I liked the considerable space and sleeping comfort of Sejours & Affaires. It was also an easy walk, through a very cute little village, to a variety of inexpensive dining places. They let us leave our car there at a quite reasonable rate while we took the RER train into Paris and stayed there 4 nights. No character; spotty attention to stocking of blankets in the room (quickly corrected); phone broken in room; only one internet connection per room.

What I did not like was that there was very few quality places to eat in

lunch and dinner at the hotel;

We were on our way to Disneyland Paris. This hotel was the perfect stop along the way. Located near the highway and airport, yet in a pittoresk little village with quite some restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff was very kind en helpfull. The room was large, very modern and well equipped. The sleeping bed was not very comfortable due to the plastic material underneath the sheets. The site said there would be one double and two single beds, but the latter turned out to be a sofa bed.

It is an appartment. Comfortable, spacious and practically brand new. Walking distance to a village with small supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. Convenient shuttle to airport. Ideal for extended stay if you have a car.

The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful and we particularly appreciated the white fluffy towels on the red hot radiator in the bathroom. Just great for either a bath or shower after a 6 hour car journey. The shuttle bus to the airport was quick and efficient, both for departing and on our return. The apartment rooms were well equipped with sofa, breakfast table, cutlery/crockery and microwave and twin ringed cooker. Beds were comfy and heating good. Secure underground parking for the car whilst away on holiday at reasonable rates. All in all I would stay again and certainly recommend the hotel to other people for overnight or short stays. Great ! No complaints !

I only stayed at the village for one day and I was very pleased with my stay. The staff made sure I was fed and even let me change my room to a nearer location cause I had so many bags! The made sure I had a van set up for the morning and the rooms very peaceful I was able to stay in the apartment without feeling as if I was in a hotel! It was a great feeling. The breakfast was great and I really enjoyed myself!

Needed a room for one night before flying out of CDG. This place was on the cheaper end of what was available and had a shuttle to the airport. That's about it. The room was in good enough condition, but was not very clean - there were many cobwebs and my partner's allergies were badly triggered by something in the room. WiFi did not work, hotel staff unfriendly and uninformative (they did not inform us that the shuttle needed to be reserved, causing us to make a late arrival at the airport). The hotel is designed to have many business friendly features and appears to have been designed for long-term stays by business travelers, but mainly now appears to be used by contract workers at the airport and travelers like myself who need a cheap place to crash for one night (signs of the bad economy?). It felt safe enough, and it got the job done, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Non, we did not like our visit. We arrived a Friday evening and the staff were extremely rude. I had to pay 3 nights in full, upon arriving. Booking.com stated the price was .60 c for the tax, the clerk charged me 1 Euro per person, saying something to the effect he was placing us in a better room. When we left, I was charged again for the tax. We requested a baby bed, the first one was broken, staff sent another one but it too was broken. When the staff brought the baby bed, he simply dropped it off and left without even taking the time to pick up the first one. We called the office again, a 3rd person arrived, fiddled with the two broken beds, tried to say it was ok for our newborn. When we insisted on having a working bed for our baby, he left, and sent someone with a working bed an hour later. He too dropped off the folded bed and left without evening trying the cot. 10 minutes later he came back to pick up the other cots. All staff that night were extremely rude. This is completely unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly. The room was well equipped with basic dishes needed in a kitchen. Very quiet. I wasn't aware of the shuttle schedule and I should have given the info of my arrival time at the airport to the hotel for a faster service. But once the shuttle arrived it took us straight to the hotel. I will return to this hotel on my next trip.

Pricing is very competitive. The room are big enough which is something quite rare in France. Very good reception even late in the night. The parking is too far from the room. The tv had very bad image with only 4 channels ... No elevator.
