we liked the space and the kitchen facilities together with the security and location near to centre yes . we did not like the lack of air conditioning and also as a result of opening the windows we here exposed to the nose until the very early hours from the late night revelllers and then the early morning traffic. it was most unbearable . we appreciate that you will always have noise in a city centre location of a busy town but a modern building should have air conditioning . |

Secure parking available beneath the hotel and helpful, friendly staff. Hotel is motorcycle friendly too. Basic accommodation, but clean and good value for money. Easy to walk into centre of town. The room was very hot when the window was closed. With the window open at night (to try to keep cool), there was quite a bit of noise. No bar or lounge area to meet with friends etc. (we were travelling as a group of 12). |

It is very clean. It is on the bus line. It is within a wlking distance of the shopping area and old Chateau. There is no air-conditioning. The room was hot when window was closed. I had to open the window to cool off the room the whole night, which made it noisy at night. Tjhe hotel is like an apartment building and has no lounge to sit. |

The receptionist was unbelievably helpful. My luggage was delayed at Charles de Gaule and she helped me to trace it. Some might have found it too warm but I loved it |

Mooie, verzorgde kamer die voldoende ruim was. Goede bedden, voldoende ruime badkamer. Goede ligging aan de rand van de stad. Gelegen in veilige buurt. Wanner je enkele dagen na elkaar verblijft zou het handig zijn mocht er iets van poetsgerief aanwezig zijn (bv keerborstel). |

καινουργιο ξενοδοχειο με ανετα δωματια, ειδικά τα τρικλινα ήταν ουσιαστικά τετράκλινα, μπορούσες μα μαγειρέψεις,είχαν κουζίνα με επαρκή σκεύη, κοντα στο κεντρο της πόλης και κοντα σε σταση λεωφορείου. δεν υπήρχε ρεσεπσιόν όλη την ώρα, έμπαινες στο ξενοδοχίο με κάρτα, για να σου καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο έπρεπε να τους το πεις, καθώς και για να σου αλλάξουν τις πετσέτες. |

J'ai aimé la discrétion et l'amabilité du personnel. J'apprécie particulièrement le service hôtelier tout en étant indépendant et pouvoir vivre comme chez soi. Je regrette qu'il n'y ait pas comme dans certain apparthôtel une cafetière électrique à disposition dans les appartements. J'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait un vrai lit côté cours. Ce côté est nettement plus calme et agréable, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas le même confort pour le couchage. |

Hôtel très accueillant, calme et agréable (équipement, propreté). Proximité du centre de congrès et du centre ville. Juste une remarque concernant le questionnaire de réservation: il serait intéressant de demander plus clairement aux clients s'ils souhaitent des lits twins ou un lit double. Nous avons eu un souci à ce propos, mais qui a été très efficacement résolu par votre personnel. |

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. Zeer propere, functioneel ingerichte studio. Goed gelegen, op wandelafstand van het centrum. Privé-parkeergelegenheid was niet meer beschikbaar. Parkeren voor de deur kan maar is betalend (max. 2u). |
