隣室、室外の音が漏れすぎる。　暖房がなく　寒い。

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming

Rooms are rather basic. We selected the "superior double room" but there was one small wardrobe and no drawers and the overall decor was poor.

Parking sometimes hard to find nearby

We had to stay on the 3rd floor and there was no lift, so had to carry the luggages all the way up..

Staff very friendly and accommodating

Small rooms, no lotion or hygiene necessities, small tv and weird remote, breakfast was a bread, croissant and juice, cafe, or tea, nothing more; ac cut off in the morning, not by the beach

Location is perfect. Right between Nice and Monaco, which we needed both to visit in 3 days without a car, plus 2 villas within the walking distance and okay beach.

Minimalist breakfast (not even water) & security level. Security code on a back of a room key which unlocks the security after hours does not prevent crime. One can easily come from behind and enter a hotel with you just as you try to open a door -- and that is what happened. And the long staircase in this hotel is not lit at night. Perfect place for a robbery, to say the least.

Les gérants de l'hotel sont vraiment très accueillants et l'hotel est super bien tenu

Personnel de l'hôtel très accueillant, chambre confortable et bien insonorisée. Hôtel très bien situé proche de la plage, de la gare et situé au coeur de Beaulieu sur mer.

Petit hotel sympa, excellent raport qualité prix avec service petit dej dès 06h30.

les dirigeants sont charmants, les chambres sont propres et la literie est bonne. Séjour agréable pas trop loin du port
