I stayed in the hotel for one night to go from the railway station Gare Saint Charles to the aeroport of Marseille. For this purpose in was excellent. The neighborhood of the railway station is not good (dirty, and perhaps dangerous). This hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast usual for French hotels.

The location was excellent, the décor modern and the staff spoke English to a reasonable standard. The beds were made each day but the sheets were not changed. We needed to ask repeatedly for a second towel every day. There was a soil pipe in the wardrobe, so we heard every time anyone on floors 2-6 showered or used the toilet. The whole area is being developed and road works start early in the morning

Close to Gare Saint Charles station, which was perfect for us to travel to Arles and Avignon by train. Laundry place across the street was handy. Nearby Kebab place was good. Very tiny superette is around which dairy items can be purchased from. Lots of homeless people are around and the pedestrian pathway was under construction when we were there, so getting to the hotel was a bit rough with the luggage. No laundry is taken to be washed. Staff's English is a bit limited but was not a big problem.

Location (close proximity and ease of access from Gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles, close proximity to city centre). The Satıurday morning receptionist did not register the 10 € breakfast money i paid in cash under our room account so i had to explain and even make a promise to another receptionist the next morning that i had paid. A bit more professionalism please.

Absolutely nothing!!!! Its a hell! Rude Staff, Dirty Rooms, Unfriendly surrounding. No Internet or wifi for the first day and a half. As a Hotelier myself, I would rate it "minus 3 - Star". Booking.com shoudl not market such run-down dirty place. It was total disaster.

Nice comfortable room, large bathroom. Good room design. Location near city center. Soundproof hallways. Parking near. No wifi in rooms. No heater in bathroom, so there was pretty cold (mid of December).

Reasonable room at reasonable rate. Wifi access was limited to the foyer - surely room based access would be easy enough to arrange. It felt a bit like a backpackers hotel with everyone sitting in the foyer with their laptops!

Excellent location. Staff very polite. Rooms are equipped with so much to stay on the road, we strongly advise against extended stay at the hotel.Very comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. Breakfast sufficient, tasty coffee. Neglected corridors, bathroom clean but requires repair, the lack of furniture in the room, a very modest equipment.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Marseilles, 5 minutes walk from the Gare Saint Charles train station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms furnished in modern style, with large bathroom. Good facilities. Nice place to spend couple of days while in Marseilles. WiFi internet connection should be available in all rooms not only in the hotel lobby.

Nous cherchions un hotel pres de la gare. Ce fut ideal. L'ascenseur vraiment petit pour le genre d'hotel, le cout du petit dejeuner 10 euros me semble excessif.

El hotel está situado a dos calles de la estación tren cercanias. Muy práctico por Eso. Sin embargo el sector no te da tranquilidad. Además la zona es bastante sucia.
