I did like the location , the price at that time and the breakfast buffet the staff was ok . The cleanliness , the very small elevator which is anormal for a 3 stars hotel , there was a good comunication between stafff as there were charging us 4 breakfasts on the top of what I had already paid for , they didn`t hve any clue of what was going on and couldn`t manage to look at it on their computer....very disappointed and annoying |

Staying in room 412 was some kind of a deception... de facilities are not in a reasonable state. In case you have an emergency there is no way you can get out of the building Suggest you put this review on the website We did not like the hotel - the bed was OK and the breakfast..We do not plan to come back |

It was close to the centre of everything. It wasnt very clean, it could do with a lick of paint and the corridors where very dark. |

no profesional reception,in arival we got the room key and room number and we had to find out where the room it was,2nd day with room service some one colected our towels and we had been left without towels till 11pm.day after we asked to do not take towels from the room,and again been taken,and we got hand towels insterd.How you can have plesent stay in hot weather ,not taking the shower, |

Very close to the train station. Wi-fi is free but it is available only in the lobby. Breakfast is fine. The room smelt like smoke and the room was not vert clean. Just the bad was clean enough. The street doesn't seem secure enough to walk alone at night. |

Prepaid for room but was charged extra when checking out. When I asked why, I was told that the hotel "had made a mistake." Surely this is breach of contract and I should be refunded the excess charge? |

Well located 5 minutes from shopping streets/centre, 15 minutes from Vieux Port and all the eateries, and 30 minutes lazy walk from Les Catalans beach. |

Firstly,it was 3 minutes walk from the train station. In addition, we made earlier check in. It wasn't very clean. |

The lokation is good, it is close to the harbour, trainstaion and city center. It isn't good value for the money. The rooms are in a great need of renovation and the whole hotel has a low-budget feeling. |

There wasn't much I can say as there wasn't anything good about this hotel, with the exeption of the location which is only 10 mins from main shopping area. This hotle was in a very unpleasent area and could do with major refurbishment, the bathroom was old with white loose and cracked tiles which needed re-grouted as they were black and dirty, the seal around the bath was yellow and dirty, there was no shower curtain, the airconditioning was weak and noisey so you couldn'y sleep with it on, the furniture was old and damaged, stains on the carpet, walls were marked and had holes, paint work was shabby, sound proofing was terrible as we could hear music and tv's during the night from the next rooms, breakfast was poor with a broken toaster which never worked, we were eaten alive by bed bugs, this is an aboslute disgracefull hotel please take my advice and stay clear. |

Staff very helpful esp. when I was leaving at 3a.m. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable.As a sigle traveller, I felt very secure. A bar, or fridge in the room would be good. |

convenient to the train station and the port area, although it was somewhat of a an uphill climb to the station. The furnishings were cheap and dilapidated, and the overhead light panels were filthy. |

It was very handy for the station and there were no problems with check in/out late and early (we were just having a stoppover on our way to somehere else). Also no problems with the online booking/price etc. Nice qiuet room. Only two very small towels (ie one old small bath and one old small hand towel) for two guests and as it was midnight and tired and grubby and we were on the 4th floor we didn't feel like bothering the hall porter for more. |
