The staff upon checking in were very accommodating and friendly and personal and thereafter whenever needed. Perfect location also. My girlfriend called it 'home' while we were there as we were made to feel at home while we stayed there. I will definitely recommend your hotel and we will definitely be back again

Extremely warm and friendly owners and staff. Comfortable public spaces. Overall a very nice hotel to which we will certainly return. Coffee was not hot (this probably qualifies as a complaint, but it is the only thing we didn't like).

We had our 16 month with us who cried a lot and we had a room in the back which was quiet and no one complained about our crying baby. The staff were super nice to us. The bathtub is so hard to get in and out of esp with a baby

hotel location is great- pilgrimage church just around the corner; restaurants, shopping stores are in abundance but most of all the metro and bus connections are very convenient- the hotel staff friendly and very helpful!

I liked ;but the room it s only to 1 person ;if I was with my husband it ll be impossible to stay there ;because is really very small . I have had been there for his proximity to "Chapelle de la medaille miraculeuse " at Rue du Bac .it s woorth .

Lovely room - with exposed beams. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Great location for St Germain shops and brasseries. Only a 15 minute walk away from Musee D'Orsay and the Seine. Pillows a bit too squishy - like marshmallows - not a great support. And the breakfast was not worth the 15 euros charged - small pastries and international cuisine. Better off heading for the Rue De Rennes street market on Sunday morning and getting your pastries there with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate from the market or nearby cafe.

In a quiet location, yet close to Metro Station for easy access to the main parts of the city. Many excellent restaurants nearby (the hotel does not have one) but hotel breakfasts were excellent and good VFM. Only 10 minute walk (maximum) from Galeries La Fayette ant La Tour Montparnasse for all shops and facilities. The room was very comfortable, and although we reserved a "Superior Double Room", we felt the room was quite small. The bathroom for example did not have a "full-size" bath.

Staff was friendly and able to converse in English. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and cozy. Staff were helpful in providing maps/directions/storage of luggage until room was ready and after check out until we left on train. Great flat screen tv with good reception. Bathroom looked like it had been updated... All tile and no mold anywhere! Yes, it was small but we expected that in Paris. My daughter and I had room for most of our beauty products which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Good, quiet area within reach of shopping/metro/parks. I think there are better rooms than what we had. Ours had water stains all over on the wallpaper and you could hear the people talking in the next room. It could've been very nice if the walls had been clean. Otherwise I would've ranked the cleanliness excellent.

The hotel is situated in a lively and attractive area with plenty of restaurants nearby and good shopping. It is within easy walk of many Left Bank attractions and close to a number of different metro lines. The rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable even if not particularly luxurious. Decent all-round value.
