1. toilet is too high for asia customer 2. the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not good enough so everyday even after we finished the bath, the bathroom is still very hot and can not feel fresh air.

I didn't care for this hotel and would not stay there again.

Extremely good customer service, compared to other hotels, very warm and welcoming. Pleasantly surprised to see a dinosaur soft toy with a t shirt waiting for my 6 year old son on the bed when we arrived ! Requests for a colouring book for my son were immediately met. Just across the Eiffel tower so it was very convenient to walk across.

Very expensive, cost us Euro 1600 for two nights. No buffet breakfast but ordered for room service.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I am thankful to everyone who work there for creating an unforgetable environment for us. We got married in Paris and stayed in Shangri-La. I want to go back as soon as possible. The most professional staff I have ever seen. The rooms, the food, Shang Palace.. everything is just perfect. The essence of Shangri-La is to die for.

14号是我们5周年纪念日！之前和酒店Email沟通了好几封邮件，入住时并没有感受到他们的热情，并感觉- 没有前台知道我们的纪念日、交接存在问题！但值得赞赏的是，我们投诉之后，酒店立即为我们进行了房间升级并- 准备了香槟、点心、水果等餐品，在晚上开床服务时，为我们在床单和浴缸上分别布置了玫瑰花瓣，房间里点上了- 小蜡烛。酒店经理亲自询问了解轻卡，并在我们离店时亲自送行。善后服务很好，但之前的细节不太令人满意.btw，酒店奢华周到，硬件够豪华级别，值得推荐。

早餐服务生态度很一般！前台接待很官方，没有人性化的热情！酒店浴缸没有清洁干净！酒店送的小化妆包在第二- 次入住时被拆开，并且里面少了一个润唇膏！

A part quelques personnes le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Salle de bain pas très grande et wc dans salle de bain !!!!!!!!!!!

如果对价格不敏感的话的确是个不错的选择，既有国际连锁酒店一贯的高品质服务也有适合国人的一些亮点（中文- 接待，中餐厅，中式配饰）。

Ik heb nog nooit zo veel betaald voor een ontbijt in mijn leven, terwijl ik toch heel veel reis. Bediening was chagerijnig. Kwaliteit /prijs verhouding is niet meer in verhouding!!

服务亲切热情，由于是亚洲的酒店集团，有很多中国员工，交流很方便。餐厅有传统中式早餐，非常难得！房间设- 施自不用说，香格里拉绝对是可以信赖的品牌！我入住期间某亚洲明星也住这里，门口每天都有很多粉丝。据说这- 里时常有明星下榻，说不定你会有惊喜呢～～

•Verilen oda normal şartlarda engelli kişilerin kaldığı bir odaydı.Rezervasyon kriterleri arasında booking.com dan bu rezervasyonu yaparken belirtilmemişti.. Sıkıcı bir durum. •Oda da girildiğinde inanılmaz bir sigara kokusu halıya ve perdeler sinmiş durumda.. Bu da başka bir sıkıcı durum, hele hele sigara yı bırakmaya çalışılan bir durumda...

Необходима возможность бронировать ранний заезд и регистрацию в отеле, а также поздний выезд из отеля, то есть до 15-00. спасибо персоналу отеля, что пошли нам на встречу и оперативно подготовили номер в 11-00. Ждали минут 30.

افضل فندق علي الاطلاق في باريس خدمه وموقع ونط طاقه وحسن استقبال وموقع خلاب علي جميع معالم باريس تجدها بين يديك وطعام فاخر والطاقم اكثر من ممتاز لا تحتاج ان تنتظر شي فهم في خدمتك دون طلب بصراحه إقامتي بهذا الفندق لن أنساها حتي ازور باريس مره اخري وبلا اي تفكير شنجريلا سيكون اختياري بإذن الله فندق من اجمل فنادق العالم يستحق عشرة نجوم وليس خمس شكرًا

The customer services are excellent. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful
