The 4-star hotel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is set at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero.
Score from 563 reviews Very good
Just steps from the Champs-Elysées, including private terraces with commanding Paris city views, signature lavish flower displays, top-of-the-line spa treatments and Michelin-awarded dining, the Four...
Score from 113 reviews Wonderful
In an 18th-century building, this eco-friendly overlooks the Gardens of the Trocadero. Some rooms offer views of the Eiffel Tower, which is a 7-minute walk away.
Score from 365 reviews Very good
Just a quarter mile from the Arc de Triomphe, the Peninsula features a spa, a 72-foot (22-meter) indoor pool and a rooftop restaurant with 360° views of Paris.
Score from 24 reviews Excellent
Overall, was great and beyond expectations.
the room service is a little slow and with the language/accent difficulties, they can misunderstand parts of the order.
The price is too high
The Hotel is located very close to the Eiffel Tower. The best rooms of the Hotel have a great view on the tower during the day but also at night. The pool and spa area looks very nice although I didn't take time to experience. Everyone working at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful which made us feel very relaxed.
This is the best place to stay for a special occasion even if you can only afford 1 night you must do it. They upgraded us to the suite for no extra charge when they learned we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary.
From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. It was a great hotel to spend a special occasion.
Very expensive but worth it.
EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was an wonderful and amazing finish to of visit to France…
We were celebrating our 30th anniversary in Paris. View of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular. We had a room with a balcony. It was the best way to enjoy the view. Champaign and fruit in the room when we arrived. Nice touch. Location was perfect. Walkable to Eiffel Tower and train.
We are not smokers. Twice there were cigarette butts and matches on the balcony probably from a room above. We informed the hotel the first time and they removed it. Didn't bother telling them the second time it happened. Requested morning newspaper. Once thru the online request they sent us and again confirmed when we arrived. Needless to say no newspaper at all. Hotel restaurant was overpriced. We were originally seated near the entry and center of the restaurant. We asked for a window seat to view the garden. We had the wine pairing with the meal. The wine was too much for the small portion-sized meal. Could not drink the last two glasses of wine. Such a waste. These may be minor issues but not for a 5-star hotel. All-in-all we didn't let it get in the way of our enjoyment of the hotel.
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. After coming from the Ritz London, I can say that we enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La even more! Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower
Excellent Service, walking distance to the tower
We were on the first floor so that was a little disappointing. I paid extra for a premiere eiffle tower and thought we'd have a better view.
One of the best experience in a 5 star hotel, absolutely superb. I've never seen a hotel even 5 stars having prepared such a way to welcome a kid (namely prepared burp set, food heater, games, water games, etc). Absolutely the best staff. Location is calm and one can easily go to tourist attractions or downtown with taxi or subway which is meters away from the hotel's entrance.
The hotel has fine dining restaurants, but on the in-room dining menu only few dishes, like pizza, hamburger and pasta available at high costs, we wished we could chose from the superb restaurant menu as well. I hope with our next stay at this hotel this be resolved. Breakfast, like others complanied is menu served on order but not only costly but contains no much veggies. Otherwise no issues and I'm sure we'll visit this place many more times in the future.
I have nothing negative to report which is very rare for me :-) everything was perfect.
Everything were all right
A little bit poor in supply of breakfast
You can not beat the view my room had a 50 foot terrace and a solid view of the Eiffel Tower! Amazing indoor pool. Staff could not be nicer. Concierge staff is amazing. I can not rave about this hotel enough. Can not wait to go back!!!!!
That I had to leave.
It´s perfect location, but to have any kind of view cost...
The service is not the best, could be better.
Superb quality of finishes throughout. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful indoor pool complex. Great views of the Eiffel Tower
Very pricey breakfast and minibar.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and room. Super fast free wifi (25mbit). The view of the Eiffel tower and terrace was splendid. Dina from guest relations was amazing. Came for my girlfriends Fiance, and Dina pretty much organised everything. The prices are high, but for a bash out, truly worth it.
Without a doubt, quite pricey. In room dining and minibar is quite costly.
First class hotel with a small & elegant atmosphere. Rooms are very spacious and well above Paris standarts with amenities even including hair band!
Breakfast is poor comparing to evething else. There isnt a buffet and the menu prices start from 40 euro/person
Very nice building Well decorated Good location
Front desk was slow Waited from 15 to 16 20 for the room to be available There is a door with a motion sensor used by the staff at the Breakfast area. If you are sitting cloase to it very disturbing. I recommend something differrent. Breakfast needs to be better.
All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. Its location is perfect for sightseeing and the Metro is just a few metres from the hotel, enabling you to access all of central Paris very easily and cheaply.
Restaurant staff was pretty unfriendly
