A very convenient location when you have an early flight to board, a very comfortable hotel with good services. Awesome front desk employees, no long waiting line to check-in. |

The hotel is right inside the terminal 3 airport just above the train station. It is the most convenient place to stay when you are in transit. Compare to the others Sheraton Hotel in the world, this hotel has a much lower level of facilities and services: poor choice in room service menu, no wardrobe, no slipers, no toothbrush (etc...), we waited 20 min for the breakfast to be open. |

The location at 2c makes a big difference to any other hotel. Specially if you are departing for cdg in early hrs. Very well equipped room and bathroom.Great bed and bedding linens! Good selection of snacks and drinks in the room. Great buffet breakfast! Cannot understand the lack of fluent English spoken at Concierge or Guest Service Depts. In general, lack of employees creating a large queue for checking out, in etc... They never reached for our luggage! Lack of service during breakfast |

Very convenient for late night arrivals or/and early morning departure flights Housekeeping is very slow - I was waiting for the slippers for 1hour (!). Don't ask the concierge for the taxi to go to the city - you will get the minibus with the driver which doesn't know Paris and it's a risk to get lost ;( |

The soundproofing was marvelous. It felt like we were up in the clouds. In the cafe on the main floor, there is a door to the kitchen that makes a loud whining squeal at least every minute. Very unpleasant. |

I could check in early (06:00 AM) and I got twice another room very quickly. It is located at the actual terminal so no need for a shuttle. The staff was very helpfull and profesional, the food was excellent. In neither of the rooms did the internet connection for my laptop work. Only in one room could I use the T.V. internet which by the way is not very user friendly. There was an charge of 50 euros for early check-in however I left at 09:00 PM the same day and there was no compensation for that. |

Ease of check in for early overseas flight. The food prices are more than outrageous and I've had better meals for half the price all over France. Not much else to eat late night except for these restaurants. 24Euro is a bit much for a cheeseburger... |

It is within the airport terminal 2 buiding, by the main railway station so it is a 10-20 minute walk from the arrivals/departures areas. It is very expensive for a few hours sleep. |

Check in was easy, beds comfortable, no noise from airport at cdg. Fantastic location for early morning flight from cdg. Shower seemed to lack water pressure .Restaurant prices very high. |

Classy, very quiet, and comfortable. Food selection was wonderful. Location - in the airport ! Free Internet. They had not received reservation from Booking. com prior to our arrival. We had to give them information. |

Room was very spacious and QUIET - well laid out with proper amenities. No - I was very satisfied with the experience although staff in the restaurant appreared to be arguing with each other but service was good and I enjoyed my stay. |
