Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel

お高いですが、空港の中にあり、とても便利です。またスタッフも大変行き届いた対応をしてくれます。ただ、英語での対応なのです。

とてもよくしていただいたので、不満はございません。

事前に到着が早朝だということを連絡しておいたのですが、到着してすぐに部屋を使わせていただけました。大変助かりました。

・2人と予約していたのですが、アメニティーやスリッパなどすべてひとり分のま用意でした。またエアコンも壊れていました。ただ、気づいたのが両方とも夜中でしたのでフロントへ連絡はしませんでした。

さすが、空港直結のホテルだけあって、大きなスーツケースを持っていても、ラゲッジ・カートごとホテルまで行けるので、各ターミナルとのアクセスは便利でしたし、鉄道の駅の上に建つので、それとの連携も便利。防音は完璧、静かで快適でした。

トランジットに宿泊しただけなので、可もなく不可もなくでした。。。

空調が効かず寒い。隣の物音が響く。タオルが臭う。

スタッフが良くない。ホスピタリティーが不足。

ドアのキーカードが不調で最悪。

Its very convienient for early morning flights and to use as a base .

Very convenient for late night arrivals or/and early morning departure flights

Housekeeping is very slow - I was waiting for the slippers for 1hour (!). Don't ask the concierge for the taxi to go to the city - you will get the minibus with the driver which doesn't know Paris and it's a risk to get lost ;(

Location at Roissy-CDG airport, convenient for railway and air travel

I was not impressed by its restaurant which provided mediocre quality at a relatively high price.

The soundproofing was marvelous. It felt like we were up in the clouds.

In the cafe on the main floor, there is a door to the kitchen that makes a loud whining squeal at least every minute. Very unpleasant.

I could check in early (06:00 AM) and I got twice another room very quickly. It is located at the actual terminal so no need for a shuttle. The staff was very helpfull and profesional, the food was excellent.

In neither of the rooms did the internet connection for my laptop work. Only in one room could I use the T.V. internet which by the way is not very user friendly. There was an charge of 50 euros for early check-in however I left at 09:00 PM the same day and there was no compensation for that.

It is within the airport terminal 2 buiding, by the main railway station so it is a 10-20 minute walk from the arrivals/departures areas.

It is very expensive for a few hours sleep.
