Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel    

Right in the airport. Clean room with large working desk.

Fitness gym needs more equipment. Nobody told me there would be construction noise in my room in the morning. Nobody even gave me apologies about it. Restaurant closes at 22h45, then only room service available.

The beds were very comfortable, bathroom large, shelf along the window very useful

The shower was very nice, however it did not drain,causing water to spill out onto the floor. We did report this upon our leaving.

Restaurant 'Saisons' is a joke don't eat there. The 'Chef' (cook) couldn't make a poached egg appetizer. Way over priced for the generally average food.

We had been in Morocco for 2 weeks - the cleanliness, adequate stocked rooms, helpful staff & restaurant & airport location - what a relieve to be taken care of ---

The most convenient location for travellers, within the Charles de Gaulle airport complex, so you can just push your trolly of luggage straight to reception. Soundproofed. Runway views.

Pricey, but unique location and high standard.

Its proximity to my check-in. That it is supposed to be the best hotel at the airport.

I stayed to get some rest before taking two long haul flights the following morning. The decor and cleanliness is borderline 2 or 3 stars. I asked for a wake up call at 10am. I was awoken at 7:30am by power drilling in next room or floor above/below? Its put me in a foul mood and I will not stay here again.

Location is canvenient for traveling

This hotel is the most convenient at the cdg airport. It is a straightforward and well designed for it's purpose.

It's too bad and a surprise that there is no great restaurant at cdg. The hotel offers good food. The Manager, Vincent does a great job with what he has to work with. The all purpose design works well for breakfast and lunch bur for an evening meal the lighting leaves a great deal to be desired.

Extremely convenient when taking an early flight or train or when arriving late. Will do this again.

Additional cost for wifi.

Location is very practical and quiet when you are on transit , especially to get an early morning flight

Reception access is a little bit tricky for check in ,especially when you are tired from jet lag and get some other impatient customers who doesn't want to queue to ask for information ...

I asked the clerk for a room near the elevator, because of my luggage. She gave me a slame answer that there were work at the elevator and gave a room in the opposite side. I could not have been farer than that.

Not same as ordered and wake up at 8.30 by huge and repeated noises

Convenience to the airport

The shower is uneven from the bathroom floor...my mother fell on the floor and hit the marble pretty hard.

Air conditionning in the room difficult to adjust

Your Internet is a ripoff. Billed as high speed, it only work half of the time, and then at almost dial-up speeds. Shameful.

I liked the convenience being in the airport ready for my early morning flight

I was perfect for our needs and saved us having to get up very early and drive from the city to catch our plane

That it was located in the airport. Was very convenient for traveling. Your front staff members were very friendly and accomadating, especially your concierge

That we had to ask for toilet paper, and they did not automatically restock our coffee, tea, etc for next morning. Also the shower drain was plugged with hair.

that Internet access needs to be paid if used from the room ,,,1 h free should at least be given to the guest upon arrival considering the price of the room ....besides free access from the lobby does not always works ! need to consider special price for daytransit passengers,,,had to stay from 09AM to 09pm with my kids before our flight and had to pay full rate !( even though we would not spend the night ).

My room was non smoking but smell like cigarrette, i couldn sleep with that smell, they spray the room but that wasnt the solution
