The hotel allowed me to make check-in before five o'clock in the morning. Many thanks to their hospitality, it was able for me to take short sleeping before going to the central of Paris for the meetings. I do sincerely thank for their kind arrangement. However, I found the dust box was full. This situation was not changed after night service. I appreciate maids could take further attentions. |

My room was a Club Room - it was tastefully designed and comfortable, clean and well-appointed and I very much liked having a seperate shower cubicle rather than an over bath shower. The reception and concierge staff were welcoming and efficient. The hotel was extremely convenient for the station and trains to Villepinte. The Etoiles restaurant was superb and so was the service.The bar staff were efficient. The Club Lounge was not very well serviced ; there were a lot of American guests there when I was there and they cleaned out the food, wine and beers very quickly. Breakfast was cleared away early on the Sunday morning. My room key card failed/was cancelled 3 times during a 5 day stay. The restaurant (not the Etoiles) was over- pressed and unable to cope and the food was poor for a hotel of this quality. The Club floor was not full but the room was very close to the service lifts and to building work being undertaken in one of the rooms. |

I liked the helpful staff and the thoughtful information they offered. The room was a good size. The system for choosing anything from the pay bar in the room. The notice saying that you must not move items or they would be automatically charged was in small letters behind the items. And so not easily visible. |

it was peace ful area but very bad in taking any responsiblity as i drop one letter before checking out and gave some one a letter they did not give that letter to the concern person and my trip was useless coz of ur staff and i wasted my money ... they r not professional ... |

The hotel staff was on the whole very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is ludicrously overpriced and the service was poor. The shower did not seal properly. |

location is fantastic namely above the TGV train station. The staff at the restaurant is excellent. Food is good. Great beds and very good insulation of the rooms. the meeting room service (breaks and lunch ) is high quality I so called prepaid for the hotel and that seemed not to be the case when I checked out. it takes along time to check out and it is uncomfortable/suspicious to have prepaid the rooms and then having to pay the whole amount at check out. To bad that the internet connection is not for free. |

The location is excellent for travellers in conexion. Also, the breakfast is excellent If we have free internet in the lobby and in the Club Lounge, I suggest to have also in the rooms where you have to pay to access internet.In these times, to have free wi-fi pr cable internet in the room makes the difference between hotels. |

located at 5 minutes walking distance from terminal 2, in the direction of the railway. this hotel is outstanding for a short sleep break when taking an early flight. i fully recommend. it's pricey but worth it. when i arrived at the room a bath towel was on top of the sofa. weird! |
