Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel  

The best feature the Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel has is it's location. It is convenient for travelers, especially if one has to catch an early morning flight at Charles De Gaulle Airport.

It is highly possible that my son and I arrived at a bad time. It was late in the evening when we checked in. The lady at the reception desk was probably having a bad day. When I inquired about airport shuttle the response I received was "Well, we are in the airport". I later found out from the very cheerful concierge that Terminal 1 can be reached by taking the electric train. We had a good night's sleep on comfortable beds and clean sheets. Carpet needs vacuuming though, it could have been an oversight. We did notice how busy the hotel was. Long que early in the morning as we checked out. The gentleman at the reception was also probably having a bad day. We expected better reception for the superior price we paid.

1. The fact that it was located in the airport. 2. The staff at the restaurant was excellent and so was the food.

1. Staff were all "trainees" and it took at least 15 minutes to check in and again 15 minutes to check out. They were not friendly either. 2. Toiletries for a "traveller" hotel is severely lacking (toothbrush sets, shaving sets etc) is what is needed by people travelling for hours/days and the toiletries were nothing special.

Very Quiet. Very Classy.

Prices on in room snack a bit too expensive

The best convenient place to spend a night if there is an early flight. Very comfortable. Excellent food for dinner or breakfast

Always The Price to access Internet. Expensive hotels don't need to charge Inetrnet access to clients for such rates.

Facilities and comfort are more than expected. Body adjustment after a week's stay in the city at the airport, you're excellently contributing for the purpose. The below is for your improvment purouse only. Even with the below, my total satisfaction with you is as above.

Airport Wi-Fi is free of charge and accessible from the room with some difficulty. Why the hotel is charging for Fi-Wi when it's not charged at the hotel I stayed during the week in Paris. For your ref, Mercure. Animities were not provided to meet the number of the guests registered. An unconfortable remark not needed at the time of delivery, "this is the only one left." It's not my problem, but of yours. Asked for a Financial Times to be delivered next morning at the time of registration, but not ready nex day even at the checkout time. Tribune was handed to me, but it's not what was promised to provide. A small thing, but a very important thing that a promise is to be kept. And, it needs to be handed over to the next person that a certain promise was made.

It was very convenient as I was leaving the next day from Terminal 2 for Hong Kong. I was quite satisfied with the room as it was very quiet inspite of being so close to the runways.

The location and friendly staff at the hotel. Size of room was ok as was the furnishings inside.

This hotel is in desperate need of a good cleaning, update and people who care for it. The breakfast buffet was empty, no one had any interest in refilling the food and the service at the breakfast was awful! I really like the hotel's location but it needs new carpets, clean bedding (I had bedbugs bite me all over!!) and toiletries that are enough for two people. It is like a hotel that is run without the "care" of people.

Great location after along flight and easy access to city

Access to airport for an early flight being stress free as Air France terminal straight across from hotel. Staff were very helpful with my husband inquiry about obtaining boarding passes etc.

Location is incredibly convenient for stop overs. Rooms are well designed and appointed. Restaurant is always very good.
