Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel  

The best feature the Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel has is it's location. It is convenient for travelers, especially if one has to catch an early morning flight at Charles De Gaulle Airport.

It is highly possible that my son and I arrived at a bad time. It was late in the evening when we checked in. The lady at the reception desk was probably having a bad day. When I inquired about airport shuttle the response I received was "Well, we are in the airport". I later found out from the very cheerful concierge that Terminal 1 can be reached by taking the electric train. We had a good night's sleep on comfortable beds and clean sheets. Carpet needs vacuuming though, it could have been an oversight. We did notice how busy the hotel was. Long que early in the morning as we checked out. The gentleman at the reception was also probably having a bad day. We expected better reception for the superior price we paid.

1. The fact that it was located in the airport. 2. The staff at the restaurant was excellent and so was the food.

1. Staff were all "trainees" and it took at least 15 minutes to check in and again 15 minutes to check out. They were not friendly either. 2. Toiletries for a "traveller" hotel is severely lacking (toothbrush sets, shaving sets etc) is what is needed by people travelling for hours/days and the toiletries were nothing special.

Prices on in room snack a bit too expensive

The best convenient place to spend a night if there is an early flight. Very comfortable. Excellent food for dinner or breakfast

It's expansive but so convenient when you have to take a plane early on the morning

location, location,location

The hotel staff in the restaurant was very very poor, not helpful, could not care less in their attitude. Would recommend the hotel but not the restaurant although the food was quite good.

Location is the best if you have your flight very early in the morning.

The carpet and toilet was dirty. There was no free Internet access. The staff was not very helpful. The air-conditioner was not working. And the price is too high for this standard. Stay here as the last option.

Excellent location for making next day connecting flights

If you have a longer or an overnight lay-over at the CDG airport, the location is fantastic, the hotel is in the terminal. The rooms are amazingly quiet, you don't hear the air traffic at all.

The location explains the high price.

Best location which is located in Terminal 2. I had to stay overnight transit and this was an excellent hotel - in terms of location and the hotel itself. Rooms were great. We brought our 11y and 14y sons and they put us on connecting rooms. Our next flight was in Terminal 3 and the porter privately drove us to the terminal. Thanks Sheraton!

Only price :). We checked in 9.30pm and had too checkout 7am the next morning for our next flight, and had to pay full price.

Convenience of location for waiting for connecting flights and also location close to train station.
