Location was great

No way to control air flow in room, not very clean, pretty worn out , banged up marred furniture.

Any stress from traveling just melts away in the Sheraton's beautifully appointed rooms. And the staff is charming, helpful and attentive. Can't wait for my next trip.

Wasgreat location for my fligts, Excellent room and friendly staff. I will use it again when travelling through Paris.

It is a very convenient hotel to stay if you are planning an over night in Paris . You can visit Paris at night saving all the traffic of the morning and come back to your hotel to have a good night sleep and wake up in the morning fresh for your flight ,for the hotel is located in terminal 2 C which is right in the middle of all the terminals ,therefor a trip from your room to a any of your check up counters will take no more than 10 minutes walk . The hotel is excellent and comfortable in all means .

The location and friendly staff at the hotel. Size of room was ok as was the furnishings inside.

This hotel is in desperate need of a good cleaning, update and people who care for it. The breakfast buffet was empty, no one had any interest in refilling the food and the service at the breakfast was awful! I really like the hotel's location but it needs new carpets, clean bedding (I had bedbugs bite me all over!!) and toiletries that are enough for two people. It is like a hotel that is run without the "care" of people.

Very quiet hotel, well located, very relaxing, clean and nice rooms. Excellent staff.

Temperature too high in the room and very little way to reduce it. Not free wifi internet .

Very good breakfast buffet and gym

Convenience of location for waiting for connecting flights and also location close to train station.

Located inside Terminal 2 of cdg.

Restaurant too small and lacking efficiency. Could do with a sepearte spa and pool

I like the location and the rooms even if they are too expansive for the comfort

We have to insist to have a shuttle from terminal 2G to the Hotel Sheraton and at the reception they don't care about our demand...
