El apartamento este muy bien en general, buena ubicacion. La comodidad del hotel era suficiente para pasar unos dias, la cocina estaba muy bien, el baño tambien, y las dos suficientes para cuatro personas.estaba al lado de la parada de metro "LA REPUBLICA", pudiendo acceder a cualquier punto desde alli, de manera muy comoda.los utensilios de la cocina estaban los justos y necesarios, pero en muy buenas condiciones. La televisión no funcionaba, estaba sin programar y no hubo manera de hacerlo. La limpieza aunque estaba bien, creo que podia estar mejor. Es un apartamente recien reformado y tenia restos de la obra sobre todo en el baño.

Sehr praktisch gelegen, prima Küchenausstattung. Das Bett ist unterm Plafond, leider wenig Platz nach oben.

La posizione della struttura, centrale e ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici Molte cose...il referente in loco, gentilissimo fino all'incasso del saldo dovuto, si è poi abilmente eclissato e non rispondeva alle mie chiamate di aiuto...salvo risposte per sms dove consigliava di contattare gli uffici centrali della compagnia...aiuto per cosa ? la lavatrice non funzionava e con due bambini piccoli non è proprio cosa trascurabile...la televisione non funzionava, il water non funzionava...addirittura, al 3 giorno hanno cambiato il codice di accesso al palazzo e siamo rimasti chiusi fuori: nessuno si era preoccupato di preavvisarci in proposito

El departamento es muy confortable y esta muy bien ubicado (3 arrondisment). Si bien es pequeño (como todos los departamentos en París) el espacio está muy bien aprovechado. Pudimos alojarnos 4 personas con comodidad. Cabe destacar los colchones y la ducha con hidrojet masajeador. Todos los elementos (vajilla, cafetera, tostadora etc. son nuevos y están impecables). Sin duda volveríamos. El televisor no funcionaba, y si bien a nuestra llegada se comprometieron a mandar una persona para configurarlo, eso no sucedió.

Bonne situation géographique Dans le descriptif il était préciser qu'il y avait un parking à proximité à 4 € la journée sans réservation ce n'est pas vrai.

sice menší, ale vkusně a dostatečně zařízený byt, pohodlný, čistý, skvělá poloha v centru města, klid uvítal bych možnost ponechání zavazadel v úschově v den odjezdu

Appartement très lumineux situé dans un immeuble calme. Cuisine bien équipée avec vaisselle et couverts pour 6 personnes. Canapé lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Grande salle de bain confortable. Cet appartement peut ne pas convenir à une personne de grande taille car la chambre en mezzanine limite la hauteur sous plafond dans la pièce à vivre. Aussi, il est à peine possible de s'asseoir sur le lit. Difficile d'accéder aux réseaux des téléphones portables car les ondes se rendent difficilement dans l'appartement (testé avec 2 opérateurs différents).
