The location is good and the unit is spacious with reasonably equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, E.G. a rack for hanging washing, ironing board etc.

The hot water is unreliable and the drainage of water is problematic,- basin could not be used. Two things beyond their control:1.Their complete address did not appear on booking.com at the time of booking and we found their representative by chance on the pavement. It is street no 136 or 142 (not sure) look for the two green doors.2.The investation of central Paris by pickpockets and thieves.Beware along the Seine, no police or surveillance cameras , as a tourist you have a target on your back.

Location is amazing! Louvre-Rivoli metro station - is just 100 m across the street. There are 2 supermarkets in 2-steps distance. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Many thanks to Ivan Flos personally for his kind help!

A little noisy (my apartment was at the 1st floor). However, it was not a problem for me.

86 wooden spiral steps. No fire extinguisher, no fire exit. South facing windows, no a/C. Strange intricate entrance. Unable to contact staff most of the time. Got changed to 26 step room for 60 euro cleaning fee. At least, I could tie sheets and get out the window in case of fire.

Ivan spoke perfect English was very friendly and extremely helpful. location. value for money. unlimited wifi. bath. coffee machine.

PARKING was very inconvenient and very expensive 78 euro in total stairs-needs lift. tv had no english speaking channels. no dvd player. no tourist information ie... taxi numbers, resturant recommendations, tourist sights and tour info(eiffel tower, lourve, river cruise & buses, moulin rouge etc...

Its a completely equipped flat. So you can really do anything there, cook, iron, wash clothes, etc...

It is close to many attractions which were on our to do list. Affordable, and in a great location. Adequately sized apartment for two.

The stairs were too high. It would have been good to know in advance that I would be staying on the 4th floor as I had quite a few luggages. The apartment was a tad dusty at some parts. It would have been good if basic necessities were provided (e.g.: dish washing soap, oil, etc.)... there's no point providing a kitchen if I have to buy a bottle of oil to cook when I'm staying for 2 days.

The apartment is very well localized. It is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. No problems at all.

The location was excellent and close to most attractions

The day we arrived the fridge was not working. When we tried to report it, nobody answered the phone, or responded to our emails and text messages. Eventually we were informed the next day and were promised it would be fixed. That did not happen and it took them 3 days to eventually replace the fridge with one that was working. What was really bad, was the lady who put the phone down in my ear the 2nd day when I tried to advise them that is was still not working after someone was sent to come and fix it. As one needs a fridge in an apartment to make your own food it is important to have one that works. The biggest problem with this facility is their is no one to get hold of after hours if something is wrong, and other times you have to communicate by phone. I will not book a place again in future with no staff on site. Another problem was the facility cancelled my reservation before we arrived, as they received a cancellation for somebody else that had a vaguely familiar surname. Fortunately this was corrected after some correspondence and assistance from Booking.com.

We stayed at the studio apartment for 7 nights while we enjoyed the sights of Paris. We were met by a very nice woman at the check in process who helped with everything and answered our questions. The studio is large enough for a couple and it gives you that extra space to make your own food, sit down to breakfast or dinner or just relax. The decor was nice and neutral, the kitchen was just a little tired but still perfectly adequate. The bathroom was large by Paris standards! We asked for a fan and a brand new one was brought straight away. It was a life safer because it was really hot for a few days! The location is brilliant for exploring Paris! The only drawback is street noise - but after all you're in central Paris! There are dozens of little restaurants, shops and fresh baguettes for breakfast just steps away so make the most of it!

The only minor issues to mention are: street noise from Rue de St Honore - it's constant, day and night but then again you're in Paris so enjoy or get used to it. There is no air-con so ask for a fan and deal with it or come where there's no heat wave! (We were shocked to discover that the central heating came on automatically one evening when the temperature dropped below 18 deg - we switched if off immediately). It may be an inconvenience for some to go up 3 flights of fairly steep and windy steps but don't let them put you off.

The location was awesome. Its situated within 5min walk to the Louvre and 10min to Place de la Concorde. Great shopping is right around the corner also. Lovely restaurants nearby. We were on the fifth floor which gave us a partial view of the Louvre and surrouding areas.

The pictures on the website is way better than what the room actually looks like. The room has a kitchen and a washer/dryer. However, the washer/dryer had no door which made it useless. We had no hot water for periods of 3-4hrs for 2 consecutive days. We were caught in a thunderstorm and got completely soaked and wanted to take a shower as soon as we got back to our room only to find out their is no hot water. The apartment has no elevator. We travel light so didn't mind walking up 5 floors to our room. I suggest requesting a lower floor room if you have heavy luggages. Overall this place does not give you value for your money. Nothing special and very disappointing.

Close to the metro & cafes, restaurants, super maket

6 flights of narrow winding stairs - horror for cases. After a day of walking around it was a real chore to hike up those stairs. The lower part of the staircase smelt like wet, rotting carpet. Sometimes we smelt a toilet/sewerage smell creeping up through the breather pipe.

Excelent location and a friendly staff!

We knew that there is no elevator, but the stairs where also narrow and it was very difficult to carry heavy luggage. The room was not so clean as we expected and there is only one ill-equiped closet, with no shelves.

The location is near to Louvre Museum which is fantastic. The area (Rue St Honore) is also closed to major shops & restaurants which makes location wise is unbeatable. The only downside is, there is no lift to the apt. - so have to go via narrow stairs (consider to travel lightly).

105 stairs, 98 up a spiral staircase,difficult with luggage. 6Th floor no lift. Room clean but shabby. Wardrobe is the cleaning cupboard. Nowhere else to store clothes. No safe. Electrical fittings dangerous. Window/door blind held on with sticky tape.

Старые окна, через которые, даже полностью закрытые, прекрасно слышен шум с улицы и днем (что не важно) и ночью. На сайте не указан фактический вход в апартаменты (через дом 136!), которые ни как на обозначены с улицы!

non c'è l'ascensore ed è al 6o piano!!!

отличное месторасположение за вменяемые деньги - 1-й округ парижа, до лувра 3 минуты пешком. рядом полно магазинов и кафе.

очень и очень шумно - улица хотя и маленькая, но с довольно интенсивным движением. окна большие и ни разу не пластиковые - поэтому в комнате слышно все, что происходит на улице - включая приезд мусоровозов по утрам и французскую речь самих мусорщиков.
