Great location, its overall equipment (kitchen, bathroom) and the space

The level of noise - the appartment is old and isolation of the windows very poor. It was hard to sleep peacefully in the night and absolutely impossible after 6.30 in the morning - even with ear pluggs!

We loved this apartment. It was authentic- spacious and so traditionally French. It's location in the heart of the 1st Arrisdoment - 5 minutes from the Lourvre was amazing and we didn't have to pay for travel and eating out because we could walk and buy from the small supermarkets andbakeries surrounding us. Even had a bath to soak in after we returned from all that walking and a washing machine! Loved loved it. We will return.

Exellent location, large appartment, but nothing more.

Located in the heart of Paris, in front of beautiful church Reformee de l`Oratoire, it`s starting with weird smell in elevator and turns to strange planned appartment with poor furniture and high audibility of neighbour's activity. After a WC you must go to almost opposite side of appartment, through hall and kitchen, to bathroom for wash your hands and vice versa. If you do it at night, creaking parquet probable can wake up everyone in house, but in can be lovely way to revenge neighbors for the running child) Excepting a old fireplace and real french windows with a view on Saint-Honore, it`s full-IKEA appartment with two collapsing pieces of so-called antiques. Attempt to reproduce Parisian chic?! Don`t think so. Fail. And, by the way... as an answer to my question about storage bags within several hours after check-out I got this e-mail from manager: "Please note that we have no storage room. You can leave your luggage at the Gare du nord in a locker". Thank you very much. Never knows. You are so-so-so lovely.

The Decor and the fact it was close to the Louve, a supermarket and transport.

Being asked to pay 400 Euros deposit on checking in, without prior notice. I can understand why as the apartment was nicely appointed, but would have prefered to know before hand. The narrowness of the bath, standing to have a shower was not easy.

We were met at the agreed time by a pleasant and helpful person and the check-in procedure was very efficient. The location is excellent. The washing machine, microwave and stove worked well.

The cleaners were in the appartment when we arrived at the agreed time but the timber floors were dirty. The building is old and the floors uneven and this is to be expected but the floors were dirty, the hot water system did not function correctly, the dishwasher does not work properly. All dishes and pots and pans were dirty many with food scraps still on them. Glassware was almost opaque with grime. Beds, pillows and linen overly worn.

Charming flat with central location. Check-in was efficient and the Short Stay representative was very service minded.

Locatie, grootte en sfeer appartement, service, bedden. Echt een fantastisch appartement, grote balkondeuren, hoge plafonds, prachtige vloer, enorme schouw, mooie slaapkamer met grote kasten, enz. Gelegen boven een heerlijke espressobar, bakkertjes en supermarktje om de hoek. Naast het Louvre, super locatie. En je voelt je toch een stuk minder toerist als je je sleutels in het slot van 'je appartement' steekt, je flesje wijn en lekkers van de traiteur in de koelkast zet en de balkondeuren openslaat en even op de bank ploft. Vier fantastische dagen gehad!

месторасположение превосходное - в лувр, музей д'орсе, нотр дам и т.д. и т.д. пешком - 5-15 минут. идеально для прогулок в дневное и ночное время. приятный интерьер, передающий атмосферу старого парижа - даже скрипучий паркет обладает своим шармом. мы не ожидали люкса за эти деньги, но квартира оформлена прекрасно! всё нужное есть, даже фен и кофеварка с запасом кофе на первое время. рядом два полноценных супермаркета, работают с 8:30-9:00 до 21:00. количество ресторанов и прочих приятных мест по соседству не поддаётся описанию.

Отличное месторасположение. Многие музеи в шаговой доступности. Рядом много магазинчиков. В апартоментах чисто и тепло, хорошо оборудованная кухня. Но надо обратить внимание, что дом старый.

Grande déception pour cet appart. Ça a commencé par 45 mn d'attente sur le trottoir  à notre arrivée, avant que le telephone de short stay ne réponde et que l'on vienne nous remettre les clefs. Puis odeur désagréable dans l'ascenseur. Enfin appartement sans charme, impersonnel et négligé,  aucun soin apporté à l'accueil touristique. Tout ressemble au placement immobilier puis au proprio qui ne veut rien dépenser. Meublé à moindre coût, crochet aux murs sans décoration, peinture écaillée aux portes, crépis qui tombe du plafond de la salle de bain, petite tv posée  par terre dans la cheminée, vaisselle incomplète (seuls 2 bols, couverts manquants, verres et assiettes ikea disparates, ampoule au bout d'un fil,  papier toilette 1er prix acheté chez un discount...). Autre surprise:  Chambre parentale avec 2 lits jumeaux séparés. A notre réclamation auprès du site short stay responsable de l'appart pour réunir la literie on nous a fait savoir que ce n'était pas possible. Or à notre départ en fin de séjour nous avons appris que c'était finalement possible !..  Vraiment décevant pour un appart qui pourtant aurait un potentiel

Helppo löytää, lähellä kahtakin metroasemaa. Asunto oli tilava. Sisustus hyvä. Isot ikkunat ja ranskalaiset parvekkeet, vanhat ihanat narisevat puulattiat. Kunnon lukko ovessa ja portissa x2. Lähellä ravintoloita ja supermarket aivan kulman takana. Keittössä oli uuni, mikroaaltouuni,pesukone, jääkaappipakastin ...kahvinkeitin ja kahvia valmiina! Löytyi hiustenkuivain silitisrauta lautoineen. Hyvät sängyt/vuodesohva missä 3 lasta nukkui siinä loistavasti. Ystävällinen palvelu.

Ala-aulan (homeen?) haju ja hissi lemusi.

Très bien situé pour visiter Paris. Appartement très spacieux (pour paris). Bien sécurisé. Quartier très bien. Bon accueil.

Propreté de la vaisselle moyenne. Pièce Cuisine vieillissante.

The location was excellent. Very close to what we wanted to see and do in Paris. Maxence is a very professional representative of your company. She was punctual, polite, extremely helpful when our child was sick.

The apartment could have been cleaner. Hair on the mattresses, missing some cleaning items in the kitchen.

Below the several issues we observed: - building entrance and stairs full of beatles - elevator with a bad smell - apartment cleaning very poor (especially bathroom and kitchen) - white chairs in the living room full of dirty spots - some parts are old and not properly maintained (peeling ceiling, peeling doors, kitchen tap spilling water everywhere....)

Great location!!! Great sized apartment - heaps of room for a family with two small kids. Great to have a bath too and the washing machine was a huge bonus. Wifi was great as we could plan our days out while the kids slept in the bedroom and we (the parents) slept on the sofabed (which was very comfortable).

There were a number of light switches that didn't work (E.G., light above kitchen sink). The dishwasher was broken, dirty, and smelt. There was no dishcloth or tea towel and we had to purchase these as the dishwasher was broken. The left window/door in the lounge didn't open and the handle to the kitchen window was broken off. The floor was noisy/squeaky and we could hear the neighbours above terribly so.

Apartamento excelente! Bem localizado, espaços amplos, cozinha bem equipada...Adoramos e pretendemos voltar mais vezes.

O único inconveniente é que nao tem serviço de limpeza nem troca de toalhas e roupa de cama.
