Excellent location. Close to trains, Louvre , supermarket and Patisseries!!!
Pillows too high....
Location excellent - close to the Louvre, Seine and lovely little cafés and restaurants. Metro station a few minutes walk away
We were told when we checked in that there had been a recent leak from the roof of the small room where the only toilet is located but that the issue had been fixed. In fact all that had been done was that heavy duty tape had been stuck over the exposed leaking pipe on the roof. The toilet was not usable - if you sat on the toilet the leak dripped onto your head. Totally unhygienic. We reported the issue straight away and it turned out, contrary to what we were told when we checked in, that the problem had been occurring for some time and had not been fixed because the leak was from the apartment above which is privately (separately) owned and the owner was refusing to cooperate. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and the leak was never fixed. It got worse and worse during our time there. It was disgusting. We were offered a 10% refund. My main issue was that they had rented the apartment to us with full knowledge of this problem - how can they expect people to be ok with this? There were obviously serious plumbing issues in this apartment as the bathroom (separate to toilet and located on the other side of the apartment) also had brown stains on the roof and walls from a previous leak. On top of all of this, the floor was very uneven to walk on and the exposed floorboards were extremely noisy and creaky. Just AWFUL.
Location. That's it.
Shower water pressure is so low. Water never goes out from the bathtub. Water drain is awful. Wooden floor keeps makes a noisy all the time. Toilet has old building spooky smell. Yak! They promised us to bring toillet paper, they didn't. 4 people spend 4days in that building with 2 toillet papers.
Perfect location, right next to Louvre. True Paris experience!
Living room and main bedroom excellent.
Bathroom was poor.
The location, very friendly staff
