The creaky beds and floors
Good location and easy access. Nice apartment with all we needed + coffee machine, double blanket at downstair bed, hair dryer. Boulangerie behind corner.
Rather small bathroom with tricky toilet seat and shower
The interior is clean and nice.
From the courtyard the entry to the apartment leads directly into the bedroom and is very poorly isolated. Anything that is said in the courtyard can be clearly understood inside the apartment. Also the upstairs neighbors were very loud. Not good for light sleepers.
It was a fabulous position, close to the Metro and shopping areas. Good information folder and some staff were excellent. Internet connection was excellent.
The bathroom was so small that you had to sit side ways on the toilet.
The location was great- close to metro stations, bars, shops and restaurants. The flat was in a lovely secure courtyard with friendly flat dwellers
Nothing. It was all good
Very noisy, no soundproofing
I like very much location, the size of the apartment, wifi facilities,
The hot water is limited, it's quite noisy, you can here all the noises from the next apartments.
- good location, - several parking places nearly, - not too high floor, - very big apartments, - good price.
- problems with electricity on kitchen. Staff just said 'we forgot to check that, sorry'. Very helpful. - problems with boiler - sometimes it overheated or blows off. - wifi worked only in one room, due idiotic AP location - just in wall from the same AP in another apartments. - entire floor creaked. - the double bed was in very bad state - sometimes I think it will collapse at night.
-Staff welcoming -Apartment was clean & warm -Location for transport -Pleasant & quiet location -Ideal base for a mini break
-Faulty toaster with live wire -Faulty plug in bathroom sink -Loose electric socket beneath stairs -a lot of light bulbs need replacing!
Very close to the metro and to the Pompidou Centre. The area is not very "touristy", feels more native; there are pretty nice bars and restaurants all around the area, overall feels like a nice place. Friendly staff and good instructions, email and locally. Room looks like in the pictures, clean and everything works around the room, nicely decorated. Good WiFi. There is a surprise feature which I didn't see advertised: free coffee in the apt. There's an automated dispenser and you get a generous set of coffee patches to use in the machine. Not the best quality, but you can find better offerings compatible with the machine in the supermarket across the street. Works pretty good if you like to sleep in late.
The office where you have to pick up the key is very close to the apt, but you'll never find it looking around for street names, you need a map. The bathroom is crazy small and unventilated and it has no drain, so water will dry up harder and there's always a awkward smell around, nothing serious though, but it contrasts with the rest of the apt which is otherwise quite refined. The shower is "unnecessarily small" as it seems to have more walls than needed and also it misses a shelf to place your shower gel, so you either have to place them on the floor or on the toilet seat, making the "smallness" more of a problem because you have to reach around to grab your gear. The bed is extra soft, which is common in some hotels, but may prove uncomfortable for some people. The roof is made of something else other than concrete, and you can totally hear the neighbours walking around, talking really early on a working day, but nothing more than a bit over normal. Some really stupid essentials were missing: like garbage bags and toilet paper, but it looks more like a mistake, because as soon as the cleaning day passed the stock was filled.
Good location with nice neighbourhood; comfortable bed, coffee machine with coffee
Not working wine bottle opener, broken glasses
well located, modern studio, calm, good bed
small batheroom, not enough light (even artificial)
The location is prefect. The design is nice.
The shower is just awful. Anyone taller than 180cm will sure be hitting the ceiling all the time. And there is not enough room, it's so tiny!
Location Design/style: urban Large living room Clean Appreciate to find some tee/coffee when arriving
Bathroom is an Horror Too small Humid/ unpleasant smell
They are a very good team and tried to do their best as soon as possible. They gave us a bottle of champagne for our inconveniences. When everything worked the appart was excellent
The key did not work and we were locked out for some time. The Tv and wi-fi didn't work but was sorted out during the first day
Living like a Parisian. Being able to prepare breakfast. Close to a bakery and metro.
Booking gave the wrong address and without a telephone never would have found the place that was 18 blocks away from the given address in a lot less nice place.
Fantastic apartment, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower, there was a separate kitchen/diner, bedroom and lounge with a double sofa bed so lots of space to put the kids to bed and settle down. The kitchen was superbly equipped with tea/coffee provided. It was very quiet as it was set back well off the street.
