Price was very good. Very clean and comfortable.
Could have done with a few teabags and a kettle in the room. Also a 'do not disturb' door hanger.
There was no lift in the hotel and wifi was not working at all.
Great location for Monatres, and the Metro, easy walk. 24/7 supermarkets on hand. Friendly service. Good hotel bus transport to and from Airport, good for families with luggage!
Well there is free internet, and they have tried very hard with a sophisticated antenna system, but it's a bit hit and miss. An elevator would have been nice, slightly breathless climbing to the top floor with luggage. Not a big deal.
Loud talking in foyer into the evening making it difficult to sleep
Good and quick transport to the city center. The Metro station is easily accessible.
Breakfast is not recommend to anyone. There are very few and the same every day.
Lovely staff, nice hotel, plenty of space, good location, really good showers, no noise with windows closed.
Breakfast could have been better, was very hot and a fan in the room would have been great,
the kitchen and its equipments were excellent for us. we stayed in the last floor, the studio was quite clean.
the area around montmartre is very dangerous, and we didn't feel like in Paris. a lot of thieves showing in their hands expensive phones to sell ..
Location was good. Near to big railway station. Staff was helpful
Liked the sitting area in the court yard
Room hot, need fan no bar fridge to put drink in
THE HOTELS LOOKS NICE FROM OUT SIDE, BUT ONES IN IT'S A NIGHT MARE
Staff (Lydia and others) were very nice and helpful Let us check out late with no problem
Wifi wasn't great
It is a lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful though there was some language barrier with some of them (nonetheless, they were lovely). It was really clean and overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
The only disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning (maybe it was just our room, not sure) which was a bit of a problem in July. Also, the hotel does not have lifts so having a room on the third floor wasn't ideal (great exercise though!) and even though it is located quite far from main attractions, it is very close to a metro station and so it is not a massive problem.
Friendly staff. Good English. Great location. Nice modern room with kitchen.
A bit noisy. No elevator.
No elevator Bad service by night staff Bad service for breakfast Bad location
It was chur as bro. Te meke place. Good price and good location. Supermarket just up the ways. Would stay again if I am on this side of the world again
their service no elevtors no phone in the room no door man or any one for carrying the bagges only on card per room no entertaiment no air conditioning and it is not in a good neighbourhood
The main woman who works at the front desk during the day is very kind and very helpful. She offered to hold our bags in the back room for us because we got there before the room was ready. She also gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant in the area to eat lunch at.
A lot of reviews I read before booking this hotel said they really liked the location, but I did not enjoy the location at all. It was close to Gare de Nord and close to the metro, but the neighborhood didn't seem super safe. Also, our room was facing the street and it was extremely loud at night. This was unfortunate because it was quite warm while we were there and our options were either to sleep with the windows open and endure the noise or to sweat. I know the hotel can't do anything about the location, though.
The accommodations were wonderful for three people and breakfast was included. It was very clean and the staff was available 24 hours, which is a great perk while in Paris.
A bit expensive for the space, but everything is expensive in Paris and we booked at the last minute.
Arrived at hotel to find out that the staff did not have our reservations. Hotel staff did work out a room for us quickly.
Sketchy area surrounding hotel. First floor accommodations right outside the hotel bar were very loud and smoke laden. Shower drains very slowly, threatening to flood the room on multiple occasions. Generally a subpar experience.
wifi, easy access to the metro, the staff are helpful & friendly
The breakfast....I expected a little bit more than bread & yoghurt for 7 euros
Rooms not serviced, towel shortage, no breakfast option
Reasonably OK location.
Bad sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. Small room. Small TV in the room.
Staff is very helpful. Bathrooms good with strong water pressure for shower. Near subway. WIFI worked in our room, even tho it was supposed to be only in the lobby.
Some loud street noises.
The location was perfect for our first time in Paris. We loved the area. The hotel was very nice, small and staff friendly speaking fairly good English.
Stairs with no elevator. Modest breakfast of bread, croissants, and coffee.
Comfy beds, pleasant and helpful staff they make pots of tea for us and allowed us to take the teapots to our room. Very clean. Great location for getting around Paris, close to the Sacre-Coeur and Montmatre. Great to be able to leave our bags on arrival in the morning at 10am and on check out as train leaving at 7pm.
Location - in one direction it's fine but walk along the wrong street and it's dirty! Seemed to be lots of police around the Barbes Metro station all the time. Sunday night was particularly hard to find restaurants but think we went in the wrong direction. Would suggest always walk up the hill and not down it! Would be fantastic to have tea making facilities in the room.
