Atendimento da recepção e concierge. Housekeepers should make less noise and be more gentle when closing the room doors. They should start working after nine o´clock and attend the customers requirements more acurately. Matress is too softy and unconfotable and unable to provide a good sleeping. |

Staff could not do enough for you. Fussed over us all the time - which was great. Room was perfect although we had upgraded to deluxe. Breakfast was first class and manager was the most attentive we have ever seen in 30 years of travelling. |
