Atendimento da recepção e concierge.

Housekeepers should make less noise and be more gentle when closing the room doors. They should start working after nine o´clock and attend the customers requirements more acurately. Matress is too softy and unconfotable and unable to provide a good sleeping.

Some of the hotel employees were very unpleasant. When we come to hotel, staff member asked us if we really book the place in THIS hotel after he couldn't find our reservation. Finally he did, but... A

Staff could not do enough for you. Fussed over us all the time - which was great. Room was perfect although we had upgraded to deluxe. Breakfast was first class and manager was the most attentive we have ever seen in 30 years of travelling.

la situation de l'hôtel / hors du bruit et du trafic / très près de beaucoup de choses à voir , à pied !
