the rooms were so comfortable, nice and very clean. the staff were helpful and kind. but i think its quiet expensive as its about 7 minutes walking to the Champs elyeese and there are some hotels just in the heart of the Champs at the same price.. The breakfast was very poor, there were just a few selections of cheese. |

We went for an upgrade to get a Deluxe room and other than the bed which was comfortable and spacious we were very disappointed. The room was small, the bathroom was average. The cd player hifi had no speakers attached so it didn't work. Neither did the aircon work. During the delivery of our suitcases to the room the staff must have handled them a bit rough as one glass had broken in my suitcase. |

Close to anywhere.and the hotel is very comfortable.especially the staff, they were very friendly and polite. There's no boiling jug or free coffe/tea. It is not so important, but very helpfull for a long distance traveller like me. |

The location. It was walking distance to Champ Ellysee and to our surprise, there was a Catholic Church closeby which made us do our Sunday obligation before we left. |

The Hotel is quite central, in a quiet area and the room we had was quite roomy for central Paris Tea/coffee facility in the room would be nice and the mattress was too soft probably overused and possibly needs replacement |

I enjoyed this hotel as it was central to all tourist attractions which we wanted to view When arriving at the hotel we had a problem with our shower, when we advised the reception staff and the receptionist explained to her colleague (Hidick) his response was 'bon' when we then asked if there was a problem how many times would a complaint be received before being dealt with and Hidick answered 'several'. We were very unhappy with the way this individual dealt with our problem. |

Proximity to Champs Elysees, 5 minute walk, yet in a quiet street. Hotel staff very attentive; clean and well appointed rooms; good size, comfortable bed. |

Location was great. Room was large and accommodated the weary traveler. The most awkward shower I have ever used. |
