The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

The price of breakfast was ridiculous, 29euro per person for a continental breakfast.

Conveniently located within easy reach of the Arc De Triomphe and the Metro.

I think the shower curtains should be replaced.

The people at the reception were very friendly, and the concierge were
very helpful. The room was very comfortable.

The room was not cleaned even once during my whole stay. The cleaner did
not come throughout the morning, and only came in the afternoon when we
were in the room.

Atendimento da recepção e concierge.

Housekeepers should make less noise and be more gentle when closing the room doors. They should start working after nine o´clock and attend the customers requirements more acurately. Matress is too softy and unconfotable and unable to provide a good sleeping.

Staff could not do enough for you. Fussed over us all the time - which was great. Room was perfect although we had upgraded to deluxe. Breakfast was first class and manager was the most attentive we have ever seen in 30 years of travelling.
