Really the only thin I liked was price. Rooms are correct, but again unless you are there for the convention, you are absolutely stuck. Absolutely - hotel really is the middle of nowhere and only suitable for the nearby convention . Secondly they work with a local car hire company that really is a total rip off (very expensive for very small cars) ! So any guests that need a car ... don't book it with the hotel |

All the staff were extrmemly helpful and polite and made sure we had everything we needed. Great Hotel and would recommend. Look forward to staying here again. |

Hotel itself is nice. It is a little far from center of city. Car is mandatory. Concierge, Bob, is so kind and great. Night shift receptionist was terrible. |

The room was well sized. The restaurant in the hotel was massively over priced for the quality of the food. Non smoking room still reaked of cigarettes. Cab from hotel to airport was €45.00 when we travelled a similar distance from the train station to the hotel for €20.00 |

Situated reasonably close to Bordeaux Centre with good links via bus and tram. Breakfast should be incorporated on a b&b basis, as it currently stands it appears very expensive. The was not entertainment and the price for the room associated with other Hotels of this class generally do rpovide this. |

the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The food in the restaurant is probably the best i've tasted. it's probably a bit out of town but there is a good bus service. definately recommend this hotel. |

the hotel is very beautiful and the room was quite large. the price of the breakfast is very high at 20 euros each. poor information regarding the entry requirements to their casino and that an al a carte menu for breakfast was available! Staff however were kind and understanding and may take up my suggestions re advising people about such matters. |
