Room was a good size. Hotel a little out of the centre of town, but has easy access by bus and tram. Staff were extremely helpful. |

I liked the location. The view to the lake is beautiful. In the room, the carpet was full of dark stains. The bed was not very comfortable with a winter edredon which forced us to put airconditioned at full power. |

I really appreciated the help and guidance given by the porter/assistant Shiva from Cambodia as he assisted us with directions for our day outings and he was exceptionally friendly and kind. Not just him, other members of staff were extremely friendly. I understood that people cared about our comforts and needs but sometimes it became annoying by people knocking at the door each evening during our rest time after our day out. It was not in particular a promblem but maybe it would be good if clients were advised to make their own requirements when needed via telephone or at the reception desk. |

The hotel is modern, clean and spacious! It's within a good distance to the town centre, convenient if you have a car. Most staff speak English and are helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing. The quality of the food was only fair, does not match with the class of the hotel nor the menu price, and the service of the waitress made it even worse. We felt totally unwelcomed. The manager was great though. |

Was close to bus stop. The swimming pool is really nice. Staff were very helpful, especially the younger ones. The ac did not function well, as it was unusually hot. On the third day, they did give me a small unit for in our room. |

Nice large room, seperate toilet, friendly people, private parking area, from driving distance of city centre, very clean room, free bottle of wine We booked 2 rooms and only 1 couple received a free bottle of wine and fruit. Dinner at restaurant was ok, but not our cup of tea. |

Really the only thin I liked was price. Rooms are correct, but again unless you are there for the convention, you are absolutely stuck. Absolutely - hotel really is the middle of nowhere and only suitable for the nearby convention . Secondly they work with a local car hire company that really is a total rip off (very expensive for very small cars) ! So any guests that need a car ... don't book it with the hotel |

Hotel itself is nice. It is a little far from center of city. Car is mandatory. Concierge, Bob, is so kind and great. Night shift receptionist was terrible. |

Simple, comfortable budget hotel. Free parking. paper cups in the room and plastic cups in the both room -- yet, I should say, that's understandable. |
