Fantastic staff, very friendly and very helpful. Room service was very limited and was even more reduced after 10.30pm...we ended up having just cheese on our first night as we got in late due to our flight time.

Everything. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. The staff were very courteous, polite and helpful.After check- in a member of staff checked that everything was ok.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and again the staff were very attentive. We are already making plans to return with friends and would be staying at the Pullman.The location is so perfect for Versailles and also the train station is only five minutes away.We had a super break and thanks to everyone who made it so special.

the hotel is extremely well located, a few hundred meters from the Castle, which is a very good asset when you're totally exhausted after the visit. the restaurant is very good and the breakfast typically french, additional asset with the Lenôtre jam +++ parking is also very good as it is impossible to find a correct parking in Versailles the 4th floor smells a lot, something like wet old walls, not well aerated. signs of humidity in the rooms, on the wallpapers and aeration areas. bathrooms should be repainted, toilets as well

Un room service attentif.Nous étions à 300m du château de Versailles.Le restaurant est à tester, notamment le moelleux à la châtaigne avec son sorbet clémentine...mais attention au budget, l'addition monte vite et les pourboire (tipps sur l'addition ne sont pas compris). Cet hôtel est vraiment excellent qualité/prix. J'ai rarement aussi bien dormi, les lits sont très confortables, ce qui n'est pas très fréquent. Le petit déjeuner est royal, servi par du personnel aux petits soins, sympathique et professionnel. Tout est de qualité : jus pressé frais (orange ou pamplemousse), croissants et petits pains au chocolats parfaits, confitures de chez Lenôtre, pains variés et très bons, fruits frais sans modération,café machine Nespresso...Bref que du bon. Dommage que la chambre que nous avions faisait un peu vieux (carreaux de la salle de bains abimés, air conditionné un peu bruillant, autrement j'aurai donné 10/10.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre!! Nous avons dû demander un petit chauffage d'appoint. En réponse a notre question , il nous a été répondu qu'il y avait une panne et de toute façon, le technicien était absent le weekend !! curieux pour un 4 etoiles !!! de plus, une salle de bain fatiguée. Un service petit déjeuner en salle médiocre: café et lait servis avec parcimonie et le sourire du personnel en moins !!! merci de transmettre notre mécontentement a l'hotel.

Excellente ligging als je het kasteel van Versailles en de interessante stad wil bezoeken. Hippe, ruime, prachtig ingerichte lobby. Kamers zijn dringend aan opfrissing toe. WC ondermaats voor deze categorie (kamer 317). Contrast tussen frisse lobby en afgeleefde kamer is groot.
