it is a beautiful hotel, great location and the best bedding I have slept on in a long time! I dont think there was air conditioning - we were so dissapointed because the bed was so fantastic and then we couldnt sleep because it was so hot! |

The friendliness of staff, the design of the public areas (nb restaurant) - ie modern but not cold, and the brilliant location. The design of the bathroom (room 140) was less than ideal. The ceiling box had a low and sharp corner which presented a safety hazard as one stepped over the side of the bath to take a shower. I believe that anyone injuring themselves would have a strong case for compensation from the hotel. |

Luxury experience with a fantastic location close to the Chateau, many restaurants and a great Sunday morning market. We found a great rate online so it was a double treat for us! |

The rooms are a good size, , reception staff was very helpful and friendly, and it was no problem to change the room, location of the hotel is very practical for accessing town and castle. Value for money ; I can get a room of similar size and quality for less than half the price in Holland, Germany, etc., so was surprised at the room rate. The room first allocated to us was facing the main road, although I had put a request for a quiet room in the reservation. |

Excellent location and within very easy walking distance of the railway station (Versailles Rive Gauche) and the famous chateau. To make it a bit more special for my wife I ordered a bottle of champagne which was delivered promptly to the room about 5 minutes after checking in, even though we had been delayed at the airport and arrived an hour later than planned. Staff were excellent. |

The location is excellent. The Chateau is a short walk away and quick tickets are available at the Vistor Center next to the hotel. The staff was fluent in English and very friendly and helpful. Almost all luxury services are available there. There is a charge for wireless computer use, but the gratis computers at the hotel are too slow and not user friendly unless your French is fluent. |

The huge bed, was very comfortable. The location is also excellent. I cannot believe the price that is normally charged for this room / hotel. Certainly not worth the money if you do not have a discount from booking.com. The 'free' mini bar is also a joke. What is so exciting about a fridge that is empty except for 2 bottles of water! |

The modern interior and the location were excellent. Car parking at the hotel was expensive and there was nowhere else nearby to leave the car. |

The service and cleanliness far exceeded anything we have experienced in British hotels. The location was perfect for sightseeing and for travel in and out of Versailles by train. |

The location and ambience. Staff friendly and helpful. The name of the hotel was still registered as Sofitel in the gps system, so was difficult to find. Breakfast not included and poor value for money at 27 euros. |

Yes, that they messed up the payments for the rooms on my credit card - over 500 euros was debited too much and at the check out again they did make an invoices with wrong rates, so that part was not at all correct and did not ran smoothly, but they were very helfull and willing to change the mistakes. |
