Hotel was very clean and the staff were pretty helpful. Was in a good area, we walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was a bit expensive but well worth it as we didn't need to eat until dinner time. |

Ideally located at the gate to the old town, this is a nicely renovated old building keeping the charm of a belle epoque hotel but also providing state of the art modern facilities. The breakfast can be served in a lovely garden restaurant and, as a good example for other hoteliers, there is no charge for using the hotel parking. |

Friendly and attentive staff and comfortable room. Bed was comfortable but faulty - could slide off edge! Service in restaurant was too slow. |

The room was extremely comfortable and the view was lovely. The reception desk spoke perfect english (which was a help). The room, although very comfortable and nice, was not one of the largest (when we looked in as we passed some of the rooms that were being cleaned - and the hotel wasn't even half full!) The parking, although provided wasn't obvious although easy enough to find and park once we had booked in and the reception had told us about it. |

very comfortable beds, quiet room even thought looking onto main sq and park. Location very handy. free bottled water is frequently supplied at this level of hotel but not here unfortuately. Breakfast was ok, but more choice would be great. |

Staff...comfort of room At this class, it seems a bit stingy not to offer free WiFi service for guests. Most hotels of lower quality now do so. |

de l accueil à l arrivée au départ en passant par le diner tout etait bien.Carte des vins super,l'echezeaux etait sublime.Un regret ..un orage n'a pas permis le diner en terrasse.Une mention spéciale au personnel du restaurant...efficace souriant et aux petits soins |

Il manque un Spa et une salle de sport. Aujourd'hui c'est le minimum pour un hôtel qui se veut de standing (4 étoiles). Arrivé à la réception j'ai demandé naturellement où étaient le Spa et la salle de sport. Le concierge m'a regardé avec de grands yeux étonnés !!!!!!!! On ne paye pas 350 eur voire plus, juste pour dormir et avoir des croissants chauds au petit déjeuner ... Les ascenseurs sont vieillots. La salle de bain était commune. |

schönes altes GEbäude in zentraler LAge, zudem besonders schöner Garten mit tollem Restaurant. PArkplatz direkt am HAus das Bad war ungepflegt, hatte Schimmelecken und roch unangenehm |

Parkgarage ohne Gebühr war super, ist eine Seltenheit heutzutage. Ganz komfortables Bett mit sehr guter Matratze. Zentrale Lage. Frühstücken und Essen gehen im Restaurant sind sehr teuer. |
