The location is very good.

the rooms were absolutely roasting during the night abd air con not working,also rooms need a re fresh very tired

Quality of bed is outstanding Food for in room service was really good

First room proposed smelt cigarette and it was à non smoking room. It is not acceptable that the room is made available with such a strong smell.

The hotel is very comfortable and has good facilities. The bar and restaurant were excellent and service prompt and polite. Staff on the reception desk were very helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and equipped with tean and coffee- making facilities, which was a bonus !

The bathroom was small, which was ok but the shower screen did not stretch far enough, so water went on the floor everytime the shower was used. The breakfast buffet was good but expensive, at 20 Euros per person.

The breakfast was not that great - the eggs were tasteless, breads a little stale and breakfast items were not refilled (even there as 40 minutes still left of breakfast service and guests were still coming down for breakfast).

This is our second visit - the room was fine and the hotel staff very efficient

The problem remains that the quality of the food is not commensurate with the price - We eat out one night and git a better meal for half the price.

The stay was perfect, the front of house lady was just so nice and welcoming.

The room was well designed and with an excellent bed. The view over the garden relaxing and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was an enjoyable experience.

The hotel is very comfortable with nice decoration. They have upgraded us to a junior suite which make our stay very enjoyable. The restaurant is good though expensive. The staff is extremely helpful. We have to return our car to the train station nearby. The direction at the train station is very tricky. Without the detailed information given by the staff, I wonder whether we can locate the area. The location is also perfect, near to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Way too expensive as in any other French hotel... Towels were gray, there were spots on bed sheet... It was probably the best hotel in Dijon however it shouldn't worth 200 something Euros a night...

Reception were so helpful and friendly , recommending restaurants , directions etc.

Room was quite hot, air con struggled in very hot weather.

The staff were professional and friendly, the room very comfortable. Otherwise the hotel looks tired and unloved and not particularly well kept, rather unappealing.

The restaurant! Not enough time between meals. The pass came trough after the mails waited to long under the salamander.We had to return the dishes to the kitchen.Afterwards the meals were correct. The room! Street noices came into the room. This untill 2 a.m. More isolation should be needed.Room at the 4th floor.
