Score from 243 reviews Very good
Very small room, no room service, nowhere to hang clothes or to unpack, very noisy with building work going even during the night, no cooked breakfast option, certain staff did not respond to requests
The voiturier and his colleague were utmost friendly and helpful
The duvet cover was inside out and on top their was a hole on the the duvet cover . Amazing this could have been put on the bed!
Great location, good quality bath products and amazingly comfortable bed. Was very happy with the upgrade too!
Wasn't aware about the restaurant renovation and no in-room dining for the time-being. But this did not spoil the stay
The bed was amazing, staff, and location was great.
Their wasnt room service.
Welcoming staff decor elegant and French and in a perfect position for exploring beautiful Paris. I stayed during the terrorist attacks and felt completely safe and secure even travelling solo. Stayed 5 days and came back the following week for another two. Thank you Sofitel for the upgrade on my return
Unfortunately no room service due to restaurant renovations but more than adequate dining facilities in the bar.
I love everything, surely come back soon
An individual boutique feel with elegant decor. Beautiful place.
The kitchen was closed for refurbishment for 3-4 months which included our stay and was not explained or advised except that breakfast was only cold and, after I expressed my dissatisfaction as the resturant was closed during december(probably the busiest period in the year)and the cost should be adjusted, they refused except for 13euros for a TV film charge. Regrettably this experience and, with other better value hotels in Paris, I would recommend not to stay in the Here.
The service of the staff at concierge , reception and the doorman . The comfort of bed excellent
The service at Breakfast was unorganized , the smell at the entrance / Lobby , upon arrival at 13.00 of food , Terrible gor a Hotel at this level
The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly! The concierge was well informed. I will be happy to visit you again!
The Wifi was not free, you needed to register with your email address and name. The secured Internet connection cost 24€ for a day. The public restrooms were small.
When we checked in for a very special occasion we were never informed that there was no hot water in the hotel. No action was taken to help us get showers. No remedy was made for the fact that we didn't have hot water. I was appalled.
I like how the staff tried their best to cater to our needs
Room very small
On Saturday morning there was a queue of 10 people waiting for a table to have breakfast, people had to wait upto 30 minutes to be able to sit down. There is a tiny number of tables compared with the numbers of rooms the hotel has. This is completely unacceptable for a 5* hotel
Very nice newly decorated room; friendly staff and an more than sufficient breakfirst.
As the hotel was under renovation, we could try the hotel restaurant. It will be for the next time.
- Rooms were comfortable - Rooms were very clean - Hermes products in the bathroom - Location is fantastic
The 2 room that we booked were not ready at 2PM as promised. The rooms were available at 4:30PM. We booked a van through the concierge for transportation to the airport, he did not actually make the car reservation and we were left without transportation. Making our travel to the airport very stressful and unpleasant as we were squeezed into a very small taxi.
friendly helpful staff
breakfast could have been better
Would need a revamp
size of room very small, can't hardly open my big suitcase
Massage was incredible
Price - very expensive
30 seconds from the Fauborg St Honore, the whole of Central Paris is on your doorstep. Our room was quiet, despite being on the first floor, comfortable, with an excellent bathroom, and plenty of cupboard space. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This isn't the hotel for you if you are looking for chic modernity. The furniture is comfortable but somewhat old fashioned.
Staff very friendly Housekeeping significant Concierges very useful
Room Size very small only one restaurant
The room was small, dated and needs to be totally redone
* Rooms * Overpriced compared with the given rooms * In the beginning they gave me a very bad room in the 1st floor and after my complain they transfer me to an upper level with a better room !! Since it's already there & my reservation was for a luxury room, why did they offer me the first room !!
