Удобное расположение, персонал дружелюбный, но при бронировании нужно учитывать, что при поселении необходимо дублировать свои предпочтения и уточнять дату отъезда. К сожалению, возникают ситуации непонимания. Увеличить зал для завтрака |

месторасположение , отель не большой и очень спокойный , отдыхаю там не в первый раз , удобное соседство с " Будда бар " Иногда необходимо достаточно долго ждать в очереди на завтрак , и так же достаточно дорогая цена за завтрак не соответствует его качеству , очень мало био продуктов |

The location and the quality (not size) of the room. The staff was polite, but not friendly. We booked this trip to Paris for our 10th anniversary. The hotel was a financial stretch for us, but decided that we would book it since it was such a special occasion. My husband did inform the hotel via email the reason for our stay and asked if it was possible for a little special treatment to underscore our occasion. The hotel chose to do nothing, no card, no basket of fruit, no bottle of wine. This was quite disappointing for us. |

I like the location, close to a lot of important places and things to see in Paris. I like the ammenities, business center, spa/gym, even though they are very small, at elast they have them and work very good Restaurant is too busy and I did not eat at all, concierge seems to not handle too many options even though the hotel location is close to different important sites |

Location excellent. Very peaceful Hotel. Excellent standards Some issues with hot water. Was not hot enough and in some cases unavailable. Unfortunately our fellow guests did not point this out to the Hotel staff. All said they would return to this Hotel however. |

The location of the hotel is ecellent, next to all "Big Brand" shops, as well as to the most touristic places. Very quiet street and good security due to the American embassy next door. To pay Euro 34 for your breakfast is steep but acceptable, but to pay an additional Euro 15 for your fried egg is a bit over the top... |

Uitstekende ligging voor shopping en bezoek aan musea Ontbijt is veel te duur voor wat men krijgt. Continentaal buffet was heel pover. Vroegen om paar dingen aan te vullen, werd nooit aangevuld ondanks dat tijd van ontbijtuur niet om was . |

Bonne situation et bon confort. Personnel très agréable. Par contre le petit déjeuner dont le prix a augmenté de 20% est toujours aussi misérable: pas d'oeufs, pas de bacon... |

Goed, want ik kende hotel al ! Heel centraal gelegen voor tal van doeleinden. Vriendelijke ontvangst en alles verzorgt inde kamers Ontbijt een groot drama !!!!!!!! geen organisatie!!!! Maar de vraag is wie is verantwoordelijk ? personeel bezig maar niet vlug genoeg en de arrogantie van bepaalde mensen van de staf lieten te wensen over . jammer,want er was een tijd dat dit hotel top was! Ik ontgoocheld! |

Binnentuin, Locatie Onhandig is dat de straat afgesloten is vanwege de amerikaanse ambassade. Hierdoor moet je telkens een paar minuten voordat je arriveert het hotel bellen die de bewaking inlicht dat je eraan komt en erdoor mag. |

la dedicacion de cada una de las personas para ayudarnos e informarnos los mejores lugares para visitar y la via mas economica, mi familia habla ingles y uno de mis hijos algo de frances. yo en particular solo español y muy poco ingles. pero cada una de las personas se esforzo por comprenderme y ayudarme en la comunicacion, coo asi tambièn me ensenñaron plarabas en frances. Tuvimos una hermosa experiencia y todas la personas con las que contactamos fueron sumamente serviciales Fue el hotel donde mejor nos hicieron sentir en estas vacaciones. |
