The kindness of the staff, the Spa and the Brasserie. And also the comfort of the superior room which I booked. The cost of 5 euros for just 15 minutes of internet through the Business Center. Exaggerated!

Fantastic lobby with loungy ambiance. Extremely friendly staff, congrats for that and perfect location. Price/ Quality hard to beat. Queuing for breakfast and too long waiting time for elevator.

Obviously you pay for what you get. it is as expected top quality but then you are paying for it. Lovely and comfortable only one criticism is that the double bed must be two singles pushed together as there is a ridge in the middle which is uncomfortable.

A luxury hotel that prioritizes customer needs. Warm, friendly staff that went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. Excellent room service, housekeeping and front desk staff. The guest relations manager did a fine job in making us welcome at the hotel. Will surely stay at this hotel on our next visit.

The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring Lyon. It is located on the nicer side of town. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was cleaned daily with towels being replaced every day. A turn down service was also offered. My criticism would be the room itself. Although fairly large I thought for a five star hotel it was lacking in storage space. There were no drawers and the wardrobe was too small for two people staying more than a couple of nights. The bathroom was well equipped but to use the loo was a bit of an adventure. A tall person would struggle to sit on it without their feet being in the bath!! It was a problem getting milk for cups of tea. As an international hotel I would have thought they would have understood. Also no tea making facilities in the room and at £5 per pot I thought this was a bit of a gottcha

We were made very welcome right from our arrival. The staff were so friendly & helpful - nothing was a problem. The bed was so unbelievably comfortable we found it hard to get up in the morning! A must is an evening drink in the bar on the 8th floor - gorgeous view & nice ambience. We had a lovely room with a fabulous view of the Rhone river & the location of the hotel for sightseeing was perfect. We will definitely return! We could not fault anything with this hotel or the staff. We ate in the Silk Brasserie one night & even the food & service there were exceptional!

The hotel was in a great location in Lyon with good views of the Rhone River. Desk staff was professional and very helpful. The hotel does not have the feel of a multiple star hotel. Furniture needs a re-do.

Excellent for location close to historic city and shopping outlets. Parking available on site. Rooms very clean. Internet should be included in the price of the room as with other hotels and lacking was coffee making in the room. Water wanted to run from shower to floor as shower door would not close. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I found city center rather uninteresting and would recommend Avignon or Aix en Provence as more interesting to tourists, however, the center still was interesting and had merits. Restaurant did not have space for us and that was a let down...one of the reasons to stay at the hotel. I did could not reserve a slot in the restaurant on the internet from the US.
