Staff meet our request for a jug to boil water and cups which overcame the absence of tea and coffee facitilies. We just bought our own tea, coffee and milk. Cost of breakfast ridiculous - go down the street like we did. |

Wonderful suite. Bath & Italian shower in the bathroom, comfortable separate sitting room. Separate toilet. Staff great until problems arise. My card was debited TWICE for internet without being able to connect. Went down to reception to explain the problem. All too happy to SELL another 24hrs pass for €10. Refuse to re-imburse despite seeing email confirmation of card debit and charged the voucher on my room. Although the ISP is the hotel's partner, hotel declined all responsabilities. |

Great location along the Rhone, shopping and restaurants. Very comfy beds. Staff were helpful when I needed to add another day over my original online booking; at a higher price of course. Bathroom clean, Hermes toiletries. Room could have been a little bigger as a luxury booking with view. No coffee/tea in rooms, or iron. I was told breakfast was included at check in, but it was not, per my online booking. Hotel restaurants was closed early afternoon just when I needed a tea break/pre dinner drink after a long morning walking. I was redirected, actually escorted by the apologetic restaurant staff to the Lobby bar which was open. The view would have been nicer from the terrace. |

Good Location, personnel friendly and very helpful Superiordoubleroom Euro 240, Breakfast Euro 26, both definitely overpriced. Considering that carpet looked quite run down and the lobby is under renovation. |

The roll down blinds were very good at cutting out the sun in the morning. We were there unfortunately when the lobby was undergoing renovations, so it was bit confusing. |
