Aquest hotel de luxe té una piscina exterior climatitzada, un gimnàs i un spa amb jacuzzi amb vista sobre el port vell. Les habitacions disposen d'aire condicionat i algunes també ofereixen una terrassa amb vista sobre el port. Les habitacions del Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port estan equipades amb un TV de pantalla plana amb canals per satèl·lit i suport per a iPod. Totes les habitacions elegants inclouen minibar i alguns banys disposen de TV. El restaurant Les Trois Forts serveix cuina gurmet, acompanyada de vins i xampanys selectes, i ofereix vista panoràmica sobre el port. Al bar Le Carré d'aquest hotel Sofitel podreu gaudir d'una copa. The staff was really efficient, friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was beautiful! The location is perfect. The hotel in general gives excellent value for one's money. There is really nothing I can say negative about this particular hotel. Everything was absolutely great!

I like very nice staff spoken beautiful english . Helpful ( I called to order a taxi before check out and lady proposed me ( by her self ) to prepare an invoice for me in advance - top class ! Check out was very fast for me then ) I love the hotel design(scenery rather!) - nobby,elegant meanwhile with a good taste -particular .mixture of splendour with simlicity /minimalizm - Decorator must be a scene-painter:)with great fantasy. The same with the spa -it is a piece of art -mastership in designing! a bit too light for me however/!24/24-I love it -excercises for good sleep at night. during a day you can order a massage . Hairdresser is on the ! st floor as I remember -great idea . I like tea and coffee facilities in the room.!! Bed and bedding was nice and comfortable. Internet was a cable net not wifi - if there is a wifi I had no pleasure to use it. The patiseria and hmm kind of shop-not nice- is on the other site of the street as well as shop with fruits and vegetables which are very good here. Bit acustic rooms you can hear neighbours from above and those who are camming back in the evening ( from the coridor) Aircon in my room was not the most powerfull.And view from my room was not impresive but it s like that-it was not a room with harbour view indeed.

The room is 5 star, view (if facing the water) is 5 star, but the staff working in the bar and breakfast restaurant are 3 stars.

Beautifully furnished hotel with superb facilities. Great restaurant on 7th floor. Nice bar. Seevice a bit slow but friendly. Lovely views from our balcony. All in all great hotel with great staff

The most elegant, luxurious hotel we have ever visited. Hotel and its restaurant were expensive, but definitely 5 star and definitely worth it!

The location is ideal to explore Marseilles and the surrounding area. However, I would not consider that this hotel would fit into the budget category. A very comfortable stay.

I can't decide what I liked best. My stay was amazing!!! I have stayed at Sofitels in the us but this one is my favorite. The staff was outstanding, the food amazing and incredible view. I loved the decor of the hotel and the design of the space. The bathroom was well designed and appointed. I loved the Hermes toiletries and the hydromassage shower was very, very nice. I especially enjoyed the evening turndown service. It is a nice touch.

Beautiful view from the room, great in-room amenities and an attentive, well-intentioned staff The path to Hell is paved with good intentions -- a few things slipped through the cracks (mis-handled check-in and random charges) which we are still dealing with as of this review. If resolved, I will amend this note.

Really nice rooms and public areas. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great views, nice park next door (for our dog). Not enough sunbeds by the pool, especially as pool shared with Novotel; also sun lost by 6pm behind the hotel. Quite a long walk to shops/restaurants of old town

service was very good as was the choice of dining especially tapas in bar area. spa was great experience. overall better than expected, views from the hotel and superior rooms were fantastic, pictures on internet do not do them justice. loved the hotel and would definately reccomend

Great location with stunning views of the Old Port. Hotel has undergone major renovations in 2009. Modern design décor throughout. Complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a view & king bed was very much appreciated. Continental breakfast very basic and greatly overpriced at 25 euros. WiFi and local newspaper should be free of charge at a 5 star hotel.
