The bed was amazing. We stayed in a deluxe room with private terrace and we had a huge 7ft bed which had comfort bed cushions on top of the mattress, it was pure heaven go to bed. The room was spacious and well equipped and had a coffee maker etc. bathroom was gorgeous and accommodation is everything you would expect from a 5star hotel. The hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool with large comfy padded sunbeds and waiter service from the bar (cocktails @ 9 euros all though not large). The staff are very friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. The breakfast is really good with an excellent choice of continental meats, cheeses, breads and fruits etc. The breakfast restaurant on the 7th floor offers dynamic amazing views of Marseille. The bar prices - we fancied a snack so we went to the bar - 2 glaces of wine, one coke and a small tapas snack plate set us back 48 euros and we still needed a snack afterwards so we went to the bakers in the port! I had a lovely massage in the spa area - the spa is nice but very small, little pool with jacuzzi section, sauna and steam room (not working when we were there). For us the spa was an added bonus but dont book this hotel because you are wanting a spa break. Rates including breakfast - be worned the hotel charges 5 euros extra if you want an egg (just the one) everything else is extra per cooked item too but the continental choice is so good it is worth missing the eggs and bacon. |

Very clean room and comfortable. But, far from centre. There are no good restaurants near the hotel. Room is not so big, only shower, no good view. But, expensive. |

excellent location.First class,modern hotel with clearly well managed and motivated staff. Not informed that hotel was undergoing major refurbishment programme until arrival despite booking in Feb for May travel.Swimming pool not in operation.Workmen,noise,dust and facilities not as advertised turned a pleasant stay into one of annoyance.Impossible to spend time during day at Hotel. |

The stunning view of the old harbour from the luxury room, and also the excellent restaurant on top. Just a detail: the room was not done until 4 pm when we returned from sightseeing. |

We took the little town train to visit the town and kathedral. We visited palais Longchamps, Cantini museum and the most beautiful house of Marseille. We made a trip with the boat to the Calangues.And ofcourse we did some shopping. By the way the view from the restaurant and the rooms is fabulous!!!!! It was a pitty that the welness centre was closed. At all other points this hotel is very good. |

Je voelt als een prins of prinses behandeld in dit hotel. Het is zeker alle 5 de sterren waard die ze hebben. Het zou goed zijn als de staff een engelse cursus zou volgen die wat verder gaat als yes of course ;-) Je kan er niet echt een gesprek mee voeren in het engels en het is heel moeilijk om iets uit te leggen in het engels. Daarentegen maakt de vriendelijkheid weer een hoop goed hoor. |

Le personnel est très bien et les chambres très jolies La piscine de l'hôtel était froide et dans la chambre il faisait très frais et le chauffage ne fonctionnais pas correctement , la fenêtre de la chambre étais cassé :s |

Vil ble tatt vel imot ved ankomst, bagasje ble tatt inn og leiebil kjørt til garasje. Mot ekstra betaling oppgraderes vårt rom med terasse og utsikt mot havnen. Dette er flott hotell, men mangler personlighet og sjarm. Egner seg bedre ved forretningreise enn byferie. |

Utendørsfasilitene var strålende med nydelig basseng og solstoler. Pent grøntanlegg. Elegant hotell med spesielt luksuriøst badeværelse. Hotellpersonalet trakk ned inntrykket flere hakk. Her var det jevnt over veldig dårlig! |

Le Spa fermé le dimanche apresmidi, ainsi que la piscine partagée avec le novotel. Il est dommage egalement que ne soient pas prévues des navettes pour le centre ville. Enfin, le service en chambre qui a partir de 23h30 ne propose que des plats froids,et encore.... |

Een zeer mooi hotel, mooie kamer met terras maar daar betaal je ook voor.Zwembad moet je delen met gasten van naaste hotel.Spijtig te veel kinderen verwacht je niet in zo een hotel.Een uniek uitzicht vanuit de kamer en restaurant. Spijtg waren de mensen van de receptie de verjaardag van mijn man vergeten! Had maanden op voorhand alles geregeld en zelfs bij het incheken nog eens alles bevestigd,maar helaas en,je verjaart maar 1x per jaar.... |
