excellent location.First class,modern hotel with clearly well managed and motivated staff. Not informed that hotel was undergoing major refurbishment programme until arrival despite booking in Feb for May travel.Swimming pool not in operation.Workmen,noise,dust and facilities not as advertised turned a pleasant stay into one of annoyance.Impossible to spend time during day at Hotel. |

The stunning view of the old harbour from the luxury room, and also the excellent restaurant on top. Just a detail: the room was not done until 4 pm when we returned from sightseeing. |

We took the little town train to visit the town and kathedral. We visited palais Longchamps, Cantini museum and the most beautiful house of Marseille. We made a trip with the boat to the Calangues.And ofcourse we did some shopping. By the way the view from the restaurant and the rooms is fabulous!!!!! It was a pitty that the welness centre was closed. At all other points this hotel is very good. |

Beautiful views of city, charming, professional staff The electrics in our room were very tempremental. Lights bulbs were changed but lights above mirror and above bed kept flickering and going on and off. Eventually going off for good. The prices of drinks in the bar were astronomical! |

convience, location, staff, decor, comfort Dinner in the restaurant was highly expensive, though the food was excellent. Perhaps another option for eating could be developed that is neither as formal nor expensive. Not everyone wants a huge meal, but still wants to remain in the hotel. |
