Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja kylpyhyonessa oli paljon kylpytuotteita. Hotelli sopii erittäin hyvin business matkustajille. huone oli vähän kolkko, koska oli niin suuri. Hiustenkuivaaja kaipaisi päivitystä. Kylpyhuone oli hieman vanhmpi kuin muu sisustus. Hotelli ei ole keskustassa, mutta raitiovaunulla pystyyy hyvin liikkumaan ja se on edullista. |

Restoran, swiming pool, hotel staff was friendly, good location, not far away from city centrum and city train stop, cleanes. the fitness room could be better. |

Very comfortable beds, located very close to the tram which is helpful if you don't feel like walking. The bathrooms are a little dated but ok. |

the room Hotel staff was extremely rude. A waiter named Christopher (NH Nice) asked us to leave the restaurant terrace, for not ordered anything. I told him i don't want to order anything because I expect my wife for 2 minutes, but he insisted to go. I refused to leave and the waiter raised his voice. All this ends when my wife arrived and the waiter called a bitch . I traveled to 4 continents but never something happened . i will never stay in NH. |

Very friendly staff,great access to city via frequent trams.Rooms were exceptionally clean and bed was one of the most comfortable ever! No access to pay for movies in our room. |

A very warm feeling from your staff, always ready to help. Their command of the English language impressed me and they were always freindly. Your facilities are excellent and it is situated very conveniently near the old part of town. |

It was very good value for €80. The room looks very nice - interesting green decor that had a very relaxing effect. Nice touch - a little book of short stories on bedside table |

la serviabilité du personnel, la propreté de la chambre. La froideur de la chambre (le parquet flottant c'est pas terrible surtout sans tapis) et de sa décoration. Cela ne donne pas envie d'y rester même si elle n'est pas laide. La chèreté du petit déjeuner (23€) et du parking (22€) sachant qu'en sortant de l'hôtel les petits déjeuners et les parking sont au tiers du prix. |

Les chambres refaites sont très belles et très agréables. Dommage que les salles de bains n'aient pas été refaites, elles font vraiment vieilles et la robinetterie ne fonctionne pas bien. |
