De centrale ligging ten opzichte van het (oude) centrum. Goede bedden en een frisse uitstraling van de kamer. Het zwembad (op het dak gelegen) mag geen naam hebben. Op zich is het prima ter verkoeling maar het is eerder een groot ligbad dan een bad waarin je kunt zwemmen! De bar op het dak was in juni gesloten. Het hotel lijkt een luxe te willen uitstralen die 't niet heeft. De prijs voor het parkeren en voor het ontbijt zijn enorm hoog! |

Very friendly staff,great access to city via frequent trams.Rooms were exceptionally clean and bed was one of the most comfortable ever! No access to pay for movies in our room. |

A very warm feeling from your staff, always ready to help. Their command of the English language impressed me and they were always freindly. Your facilities are excellent and it is situated very conveniently near the old part of town. |

It was very good value for €80. The room looks very nice - interesting green decor that had a very relaxing effect. Nice touch - a little book of short stories on bedside table |

The quality of the bed was excellent and the room was silent and clean. They tried to sell me an upgrade to an upper-class room and when I did not want it, they gave it to me for free (I should say that I have an NH Hotel Fidelity Card). Website mentioned that my room type had a kettle with tea/coffee facilities. I had to ask for it and first day I was delivered a couple of coffee bags. When I asked for a replacements next day, I was told that they never had coffee bags and a rude waiter brought into my room a cup of coffee for 6 Euros without being asked and complaining that I should have ordered breakfast the previous day. |

The beautiful coastline along the Bay of Angles. Reliable, cheap and clean public transport. Good place to explore surrounding area. Great restaurants, museums and art gallery(entrance to galleries - free) Style of rooms reflected on their website was not that which we experienced. Secure place for valuables, eg, room safes, not available nor was this facilitaty available at the front desk. Attention to details, i.e. cleaning of room, supply from pillow menu and bathrobes patchy. |

Good location, nice size room. Moved to 3 different rooms and in each the TV didn't work. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Apparently the hotel will be refurbished but at present it is rather tatty and old-fashioned. |

comfortable room with good mattrass on bed, important for my husband's bad back breakfast not included and for 23 Euro's per person extra that was expensive, so better to go to nearest bakery/coffee shop outside Hotel |
