Very nice hotel, staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms nicely equipped. Beds are great. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is located very close to a metro station which allows fast and efficient access to Paris.
You can hardly sleep at night due to the fact that the room temperature is never below 26C. If one opens the window the noise is terrible. Do not understand why a hotel with this quality has such a bad temperature control. Wifi is pathetic.
Bed Breakfast Location Bercy village
beakfast excellent near metro clean and safe area good wifi connection
untrained staff each treat different in serving the room is not big as booking.com offer and cold at first night they changed room without resisting restaurant closed only can eat something ay bar
Location was a 10 minute walk from Paris metro, and compared to other hotels had a better price-quality ratio with more room space. Did not go for the hotel breakfast, but this is a cheaper alternative compared to brunching in downtown Paris - though less charming. Parking is in a garage at the other side of the street. It's possible to arrange discounts at the desk in the garage - but french is required.
Hotel is still expensive, but has class. Booking.com showed pictures with showers of the rooms, but we got one with a bathtub instead. After some pursuation received a free upgrade. The next room was the same size though.

- Very modern interior - Nice beds - Located next to a nice little shopping village type of thing and a cinema - thermostat in the room - Posh bathroom - very helpful and friendly staff (that spoke English!)
- Our tea / coffee was not replenished when the room was cleaned - The rooms DO NOT have a hair dryer - Walls are quite thin to the hallway
Excellent staff Lovely room Clean and smart hotel Very nice restaurants nearby Bercy Village within metres
Quite far from General Paris attractions. My fault. Should have looked before hand. Eiffel Tower and arc du triomphe etc are €20 taxi journeys away.
when we arrived hotel，no porter help for the luggage, and when we checked out no one knows which car is mine, where is my car! Terrible
Excellent room, very clean and a good size. Breakfast was more than enough and plenty to chose from. Staff were very friendly and were more than helpful. Would certainly stay again. Only a couple of minutes away from the Metro station, which made getting around so easy.
Poor directions to find the hotel given on the website when you come out of the metro station.
The hotel was beautiful. The staff were so amazing and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel left a gorgeous gift of beautifully displayed fruit in a bowl and some lovely macaroons. That really made us feel special. The breakfast was lovely and easy to access in the mornings. I will never forget our stay and would thoroughly recommend staying in the Pullman Bercy.
Location, Facilities, Room, Breakfast.
The hotel is well designed with spacious rooms. Staff is professional.
1. Hotel is close to very busy rue peripherique which one can actually hear when in room. 2. Prices for simple food or cup of coffee are out of proportion (7,50 Euro per cup).
Beautiful, spacious room Excellent breakfast Super friendly staff Easy location with the car
Whilst out of the centre of Paris the hotel is very close to an underground line Great having so many restaurants in the immediate vicinity
Location good stuff very clean and good atmosphere like to stay again and to recomend my friends
Nice hotel. Lovely breakfast.
Booked a twin room. Room allocated on arrival had double bed. Staff at reception seemed surprised - didn't seem to know what kind of bed was in the room. Were given a twin room after returning to reception. Booking indicated free mineral water with room. Only received water 1 night out of 3.
Very comfortable, great staff, excellent location.
Enjoyed my stay there. Hotel looks it is renovated recently, very clean.
- Location of the Hotel is not that good. No Markets/Shops/Restaurants open after 10 pm and most of the close on sunday after 6. - very small toilet. - Bed Mattress is very soft, but this looks something standard for all Pullman Hotels.
We didn't like the setup of the reception desk(s). Although it supports an "open view" and is in a way welcoming we also perceived it as a bit chaotic. It also encourages other people to step into an ongoing conversation for a quick question addressed to the staff. Also the logistics around the desk are unclear.
Very clean and modern business-type hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast (included) was very good selection and quality. The location in Bercy is not very close to the main sightseeing attractions, but still in the city. A metro station is very close and also the Bercy Village with a number of nice restaurants and shops. I guess due to the slightly larger distance to Eiffeltower & Co. I found this hotel to be very price competitive.
If I would mention one thing it would be the third bed (turned sofa). The quality of the mattress is not really good so that we noticed a pretty stiff back in the morning. But in the overall picture a minor point.
furniture and amenities ,the staff was helpful especially female ,facilities. cleanliness.
location .I hanged ( make my room) sign but when we came at night ,it wasn't clean .I called house keeping ,he said we are short of staff
Location was quiet but the centre of Paris easily accessible - there is a Metro station close to the hotel. There were plenty of facilities nearby in Bercy village.
Tea and coffee supplies were meagre and they supplied paper cups!
everything is great..the room is of a good space with great services..the reception staff are very very helpfull and friendly ..the lobby is so wide and comfortable..the internet is excellent..
An airport pick-up service confirmed but no one shown up, after 30 mins meaningless waiting was told the staffed who confirmed with me does not work in this hotel, with the LETTERHEAD of this hotel in all the emails!! After took a taxi to the hotel and talked to the reception about this, the staff said sorry but not actually you can tell from his face and said will give me an explanation the next day then nothing came as expected! Cannot believe such a poor service can lead to the award of traveler's best, really DISAPPOINTED!!!
