The staff

The first room was dirty with broken chair, no bathroom lights, sink backed up, could not get plug for wifi unless the hall light stayed on. Prices were outrageous for food. Manager did change our room and upgrade us.

Very good room, good accessories and very clear and comfort. Staff very friendly and nice.

For me the service which we received whist our stay at pullman was amazing, they took care of us vividly and cannot emphasise on how great the service was!

Staff was excellent and the facilities are very good. I loved the location of the hotel in the lovely Bercy Paris. Really nice breakfast to start a day. Defenately will be back at Pullman.

There isn't such.

The two members of staff who we met on arrival were very professional and provided first class customer care. We had a problem with the booking caused by Booking.com and they provided a resolution.

More information about using the Metro and train service for example how to get to main attractions in Paris and if things to do in Bercy.

Business hotel but comfortable and walking distance to modern eating/drinking area/village.....this area has a new atmosphere like anywhere in the world but a long way to travel if you want authentic French cuisine in a bistro or restaurant. The price was good for a modern room, nice bed and much better than an overpriced 2 star hotel in the Latin quarter

The weekend breakfast was a shambles.... understaffed, long queues, cold food and no apologies!!

Great staff, fab room and comfy bed. Good breakfast selection. Great public transport links, large selection of local restaurants.

We did not stay long enough to enjoy the pool or spa.

Marketing Upgraded means the same room with one cofee machine ... Rooms become 80's style

A very nice hotel. It´s near from metro and lovely Bercy Village. Breakfast fantastic. Clean room. I recommend.

Everything was great, there is nothing to complain.

We had a great stay at hotel Pullman Pari Bercy. The hotel itself is very beatiful and confortable. The staff is very kind and professional.The location is perfect. We also had the minibar for free and we did not expect it! We recommend it to everyone.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The staff at the front desk were particularly helpful..Location was easy to navigate from.

Restaurant was closed. fire alarm in the early hours of the morning sending all visitors down the fire exit. No compensation or apology was made.

Overall spacious and clean, a treat in Paris. Breakfast was great. Close to metro station.

Temperature in the room was a bit too warm despite efforts to bring it down using the air conditioner. The air could be fresher.

The breakfast

Being double charged for my stay. I paid in full on arrival and then two days later the hotel charged me again for two of the days. This money was charged to my wife's account and we are now trying to get that money back. I have contacted the hotel to be told the person dealing with it is on holiday so I have to wait for them to get back before they will discuss it further. What system allows them to charge for a room when they clearly have knowledge of my payment in full just two days earlier ? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The price of the breakfast is, in compared to other Parisienne hotels, quite good. The parking facilities and hospitality are also good.

The room was fantastic, the bed was amazing, the restaurant staff aimed to please - they all spoke perfect English which made everything that much easier.

Too far away from central paris. Very difficult to locate even using sophisticated GPS. The free WIFI was simply terrible, especially for someone connecting for business matters. Repeted blackouts. Very frustrating. Rather they simply ask you to pay for a good service. Not much else to do but eat nearby. Subway connection to paris central was complicated for us as mature people not used to such transport. Expensive parking given the car sits at the front door.of the Hotel property. Would not stay there again.

Nice place to stay. All over we were satified.

When we checked in, there were too many staff behind the desk asking us (one after the other) if they could help us, while already two of your staff were helping us with check in. Also we think that 500 euro for 4 hrs meeting room is over- priced as we had 6 rooms booked in the hotel. (meetingroom Sancerre)

Not much amenities. Value for money wasn't at balance. Some of the staff wasn't helpful enough.

everything lovely hotel very clean and excellent lounge area for relaxing. Our only negative comment was the hot breakfast was poor but breakfast room very well laid out and cold food had lots of choice staff very attentive so very suitable for continental style breakfast.

Nice staff, pleasant environment, comfortable bed and very convenient location. Price are quite reasonable. All in all, it's not easy to find a hotel like this in Paris.

Satisfied with everything except the price of breakfast. But this is not Pullman's fault since we are in Paris.

It was clean and modern and all the staff were very friendly and very efficient. It is within 200m of the Bercy Village complex which is ideal for eating and has some very usual shops. If you are "in transit" (as we were) there is everything you need for a very pleasant overnight (or longer) stay.

The beds could have been a like firmer but then I like a firm bed!
