Spotless and luxurious. Delightful hotel to stay in Paris. Cheerful and hospitable staff. Very efficient money changer @ reception.

Directions to reach hotel necessary in all communication. Esplanade La Defense station is the key, not La Defense.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room type included valet car parking (normally 25 euro per day) which made access easy. Short walk to the nearest Metro station.

Overpriced bar and restaurant but plenty of alternative choice in Paris.

The rooms, especially the bed , was excellent and very relaxing.

Although your Receptionists were very good and most friendly, I thought that the decor in the reception area was too plain and perhaps worn out.

Excellent Service. Everyone at the hotel was fantastic. There was a gentleman by the name of Eduardo at the front desk and he was fantastic. Always willing above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had a pleasant stay and we did.

Very convienient to the Metro/Centre of Paris

Absolutely useless service from the hotel staff. They were not arrogant or impolite as stereotypically cast - they were just uselessly slow and inefficient. The food was terrible in terms of menu and execution

Very clean and well designed room. Convenient valet parking.

Room was a bit small for a Luxury room. Personnel at the desk was not the brightest, hardly spoke any english and could not give us any information about the area ("I'm not from here").

Every thing was perfect, staff, comfort, breakfast & room design. Also the location was good for our needs. It is only 2 minutes walk from esplande metro station and 10 minutes from the mall.

Attention to detail in the rooms - nice touches like Hermes shower gel etc. Staff were also extremely pleasent and obliging.

Although I booked the hotel at your site that clearly stated the booking could be cancelled without penalty as long as cancellation was prior to the stated window (either 24 or 72 hours cannot remember) I was contacted by the hotel ten days before my arrival and asked to provide them copies of my passport my credit card and authorization to bill me for approx 5000 euro which would be forfeited if I cancelled !! If I did not comply the reservation would be cancelled !! Being already on vacation outside my country I was obliged to provide them with all the information they requested in fear of being stranded in Paris with my family at peak season with no accomadation

Location is a bit out of the way but Metro and rer are very handy to get to centre and Disneyland Very beautiful area and very comfortable hotel

The room was good and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive. The menu was small but the food was very good.

Typical Paris business hotel, very expensive €270 . Being in the business district very little choice available in the evening. Breakfast at an additional €27 is bit steep but they all charge over the odds.
