Virtually nothing. It is a sterile, impersonal dormitory run by bored and inefficient staff More than £400 for a single room because they were profiteering during the Paris irshow. Taxi almost one hour late. Staff hide when a problem occurs.

Transport links to central Paris were very easy, tram and cycles were nearby. The hotel is very clean and tidy and staff very helpful. The room was very extremely comfortable a good size and smart bathroom all furnished to a high standard. The only complaint would be the crazy prices the drinks ,(Alcoholic and non alcoholic ) are in the hotel bar (a mistake many hotels seem make) so don't arrange to meet friends in house there is better value at nearby bars and in the centre of Paris itself.

I did not like it at all. the room was dirty, the bathroom disfunctional. The staff not caring. they misses my wake up call and I almost missed my flight. Air conditiong was just a fan not chilled air and the room was very hot and smelly. The hotel was packed with groups. The elevators did not work. Overall not a good experince and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast is expensive, but the panorama, from the restaurant is nice.Food and coffee are good. We booked a Superior room and get a very small bed , we only could lie on without moving right or left !! The heating was not working (in december!!), the tv neither..!! Wardrobe are very very small compared to Meridien for example.

Was not up to expectations, disappointed in the location, was expecting to be able to see the Eiffel Tower from at least the window, The greatest disappointment was the food ( Breakfast ) what is described as a hot breakfast was in fact cold every day for 5 day's, not cooked properly the standard of the chef really needs to be improved, for an international hotel it rates poor, and after staying in some of the best 4 star hotels on my travels I was disappointed, in Australian dollars the stay cost over $1000.for 5 days. Smokers were at the bottom of priority, after seeing the amount of smoker's that actually stayed at the hotel you would have at least expected at least one room on each floor reserved for them, instead of having to go down the lifts, outdoors and stand in the cold or windy areas, also catering for overseas visitors, (staying strictly for pleasure ) the standard of other than French the communication with staff was very poor

good staff, nice breakfast, good location, good internet access, possibility to check-in and printing boarding card using the machines in the lobby no AC in room, really old room. in my view it is counterproductive to give attractive rates if the conditions in the room are so bad. a good price never justifies poor facilities

The Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The design inside was very modern. The room was very comfortable, massive bed that you get lost in. It was only a 5 minute to the Balad metro station. The cost of the room service was expensive but nothing compared to central Paris.

Amazing views and excellent rooms, we had a fantastic stay. breakfast was good although have had better (continental, cooked, cold meats, espresso machine, smoked salmon) but the restaurant is on the 23rd floor which is cool. Nothing realty in area but easily accessible too attractions on the 8th train line. Highly recommednded

The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. Being a European traveler I specifically chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and spa. Once catch they do not allow swimsuits in the pool only speedoes so I was denied access to the pool. Could only use the Spa. This should of been clearly written in my reservation or at least on the website. For Paris this hotel is on the wrong side of town. Spent most of my time in a cab or train getting around Paris. Way to far from the sites. If I go to Paris again definitely will not stay at this hotel because of the pool and location.

1. Right next to Metro Station - Suzanne Lengen (but have to change Trains to get into heart of Paris) 2. Right next to 14 screen Movie Theater and some dining and an Aqua Park 3. Suite is good 4. Breakfast served on 23rd floor with very nice views of the city (although you dont really see any popular landmarks) 5. reception area, lobby and restaurants very nice and modern 1. Location not close to City Center popular landmarks 2. Breakfast not good at all 3. Some rooms are terrible and very rundown. I was given a room on 10th floor and it was like a run down lodge with horrible lighting, extremely old and dirty carpets with mold and peeling paint everywhere. Of course then I upgraded to a Suite on 21st floor and that was really great and well done.

Brilliant breakfast. A wide range of meals and snakcs, fresh juices. Small pool, gender separated saunas (I couldn't go with my wife). Strange system with breakfast vouchers (you have to show them every breakfast). The sport facilities are againt your hotel card (I lost it on the seconfd day, my first 4-star hotel, where it was required), caps in pool (strange!!!)

The hotel staff is very polite. It has a gym and swimming pool but requires desperate upgrading, the swimming pool area seems like it has stopped in time. Very quite rooms comfortable beds, you could have a good night sleep. There is a large indoor aquarium pool with slides for children and a small food court together with a cinema (although the films are in French). The breakfast room and gym had great views. The room was extremely small south facing and the curtains were hanging off and couldn't close so I had the sun beaming on my bed every morning. The valance was turn and the air conditioning motor cover was off so I could see the whole motor open. The walls were scratched and damaged. The toilet area had plaster bubbling off the wall. I requested a wake up call and didn't get it. The room service closes at 10pm and I requested a pillow at 10:30 and couldn't have it. My kettle in the room didnt work and although I complained 3 times about this it was never repaired. The breakfast was included but there was hardily any options for vegetarian or other needs. T was not an international continental breakfast and only consisted of very scrambled (actually mashed) eggs and boiled potatoes with mushrooms for vegetarian people. Very disappointed.

Nice Hall and really nice staff ready to satisfy many of your requests. I haven't seen any of the facilities of the hotel, so I can't write anything about. Room wasn't big, and design and materials weren't on a level of a 4 star hotel. Bathroom was nothing special and bath was quiet big. Anyway it was without bidet. Breakfast room of the hotel was clean, but without any window, and furnish with big tables were u have to seat together with other guests of the hotel. The food was nothing special.
