To have breakfast on 23rd floor with the view on Paris. Staffing was very poor. I came down three times and only at the third time i could have a room that was not small, or smelling the painting. |

The room appointments were high quality, and the beds extremely comfortable. We had a nice view. The gym and pool were wonderful, in a city which has few hotels with gym and pool. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. It would have been nice to be closer to the center. However, the metro to downtown sights did not take appreciably longer. And the quality of the room and the gym and pool compensated for location on the periphery. |

Pros:swimming pool and sauna Only cold water came out for shower and bath without notice.I wondered it should be an accident. However, it was due to their maintenance & repair of boiler and was scheduled in advance.We had no hot water for shower and bath for whole a day. This is this hotel. I do not like to call it Hotel having guests stayed over night. |

Well facilitated nice and comfortable hotel.The restaurant should be serving nice foods if the cook were there excepting for Easter or/and other big holidays. Because the expansion with new building and facilities were done in last year ,the services are not yet well organized to quickly satisfy the requests of guests.Breakfast was pity for the price for no vegetables and damaged apple which must be only for decoration. |

I liked expeciali the staff, which was very disponible and kind Savna center is very poor and dirty! It is not for the 4* hotel. |

Very comfortable room, good bar, breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to station and all facilities. More, cooler air in the room would be better. As with most hotels we couldn't leave the fan on because of the noise. Otherwise very good. |

There was absolutly NO ONE to Help move my 9 BAGS to my room up and down. never expected this from a Four stars Hotel. |

I booked two rooms for two guests through your site. I still have the original confirmation. But, on arrival, the hotel reception denied this - told us I had reserved only one room and they could see my original booking that proved this. There is obviously a communication problem between your comapny and the hotel Rive Gauche. |

the use of the swiiming pool and hotel room was extremely nice. The view was also amazing!! the brassierie could of offered a better and friendlier service and the drinks at the bar were overpriced. Other than that it was perfect |

The location of the hotel is very good 1-The breakfast was not included furthermore it was very expensive to take it at the hotel for me ,my wife and 3 kids. - 2YES the arrangement for the hotel guests to use the health club needs to be improved as I was asked to go down to change my clouthes rather than getting one change box |

Hotel was fine and classy. Check in/check out was good, nice reception. Breakfast was fine. Facilities is excellent. Location is convenient for all stay purposes based on appoximity to metro network. A/C was not sufficient, room was silghtly warm except on the bed where the a/c outlet is located. Toiletries didnot recharged with cleaning process next day? |
