Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn mann verreisen muss, das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen, ein Shuttle fährt alle 15 Minuten dort hin. Wir hatten ein sehr frühes Check Out, mir wurde zugesichert dass ich einen Kaffee an der Rezeption erhalten würde, dieser entfiel. |

die Lage des Hotels. Der Pool Service im Restaurant ist sehr schlecht. Die Organisation des Hotels ist chaotisch. Ich erhielt keine Rückerstattung für die letzte Nacht!!!!!!! |

close to the airport the room too small for 4 star hotel. need a new bathroom door as is about to crack . no water pressure when taking shower or flashing the toilet. lousy paper cups for drinking coffee instead of normal cups! with a little wooden stick to be use as coffee spoon.last but not least had to wait one our and half for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport despite calling the hotel reception 3 times and on every accession they would say the shuttle is coming in five minutes to pick us up?I wonder how they have rated this hotel as 4 stars?I would give them top 2 star no more. |

The hotel was ideally located for our business trip. We were upgraded to a superior room without a request or any extra cost. It was clean and comftable. The restaurant was very expensive with little choice and the portion size would only feed a small child !! Dont eat there if you are hungry. |

Excellent facility, no noise in the room from the airport, clean, spacious room, shuttle service to the airport. Served the primary need for arranging departure at the end of the trip from Paris. |

Close to Airport .. and that is where the positive points end. The front desk manager clearly needs to know who the customer is .. not act like they are the customer ! First, she made a mistake on my room booking by not reading the reservation correctly and giving us a room meant for someone else. Then she change the room again only to give us a wrong room (queen size bed instead of twin bed). Then she started arguing with us when we asked for a room change to a twin bed insisting that we had asked for a double bed and not a twin bed; when I corrected her by showing her my requirement on the reservation slip she told me .. sorry no more rooms available. You can complain on Monday. What really upset me was the service and attitude of this hotel staff. |

Good and obvious - location next to the airport. We had a flight early morning and used a convenient 1st shuttle at 5.45am To have one more even earlier shuttle bus to the airport (say at 5am?) |

it was comfortable, close to the airport, the rooms were modren this hotel was very expencive would not stay here again the pricee of a pint was so dear at home here a pint is 4.30 at your hotel 10euro. |

bed comfort great. dirty, worn down. stains on carpet, wall paper peeling off, furniture knicked, worn down, not great for 199 euro a night. Very dissapointed in appearance of rooms, this was after upgrade because of hair in bed and bathroom. |

The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was adequate. It was close to the airport terminal. This hotel was a dump for the price I paid. The guest floors and rooms were in serious disrepair. The carpets were dingy, the wallpaper was peeling, there was water damage at the base of the doors and the sink did not drain propoerly. The first room they gave us was only margianaly clean so we asked for another, it was a higher rate room so the bed was bigger. |

convenience to airport, uncluttered interior design, good lunch at the restaurant, helpful staff 1. Room was not "no smoking" and had a faint odor. 2. The mini-bar was enclosed in a cabinet without ventilation, which was hot inside. This is a fire hazard, in my opinion. 3. I waited over 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle bus, on 2 occasions. |
