Nice set of cosmetics and the nespressso machine inside the room! I wanted a hotel right by the airport and the location was good. It is an oldie, but the problem is rather related to the cleanliness of the room - It was not clean. Specially the shower. I could hear the old springs inside the mattress when I moved. Too high value for money!

The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely designed. It was nice to see orchid arrangement everywhere, even though they were obviously fake (I took the liberty of fixing one of them). The maitre'd at your restaurant was highly courteous when we were appalled at the quality of your food, and insisted that our table didn't have to pay. The receptionist was highly courteous and professional. It's nice to have the free wifi, but it would be even nicer without the superfluous ads. The butter biscuits located by the water kettle were quite tasty, and the hygiene products have a pleasant, unobtrusive orange scent. The shuttle from the airport was impossible to find - we took the rail shuttle. There are no signs from the rail stop to the hotel entrance; we entered an airport security building, a police station, and circumnavigated your hotel before we found the door (with 3 kids and suitcases). The restaurant downstairs was awful. My husband and I returned our dishes into the kitchen - the so-called risotto was made of potatoes and the whole business was drenched in bitter, rancid olive oil. It was an utter waste of the nice fish on top. The steak tartare was inadequate in flavor balance. My husband tried to run out to the airport to get something edible, but your shuttle didn't operate anymore. The lights in rooms are poorly marked - lighting the room is a matter of trial and error. The route to the fitness center is poorly lit, marked, and feels unsafe. We didn't use your facilities for that reason, and also because the pool reeked of chlorine. There was no folder in the room which would centralize available information; random bits of paper were to be found in various locations. Thus, we didn't order breakfast to the rooms - we ate at the airport instead (better value, too).

Large bathroom and convenience to the airport. Free WiFi was also a plus. The airport shuttle was not as prompt as we were told and did not run every 15 minutes.

Location is close to cdg airport Hotel is very old , furnature is too old , bad smil in the room and bath room. Very expensive insted of the facility. Food test bab at the resturant.

Restaurant was very good, good food, excellent wine. Hotel design is very nice, layout good, modern Hotel not signed very well at airport, so difficult to find. Guests could be told at the time of booking to go to Carpark 2r and phone for a shuttle bus. Staff member answering phone did not speak English and did not attempt to find other staff who could speak English, he just hung up when he realised I didn't speak French, leaivng me stranded in a car park in the dark and the rain with no clue of how to get to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is almost ideal, very close to CDG terminal 2. Together with the frequent (every 15min) shuttle srevice this makes access to the airport and to downtown Paris quite convenient. The breakfast buffet is expensive but luxurious in its offer. The design of rooms and infrastructure are typical for a US-based hotel chain and would deserve a renovation. I found it inconvenient that the guestroom windows cannot be opened at all.

Convenience to airport. Excellent posted sign leading from train station to hotel. Free Internet. Comfortable. Front desk staff (there were only 2) was slow and in checking in and checking out passengers. Self check-in/out machine was not working. Most hotels either put more people at the front desk and/or print a bill the night before departure so customers can review them. This is an airport hotel, so customers want speedy transaction. Fortunately, in my best, my book was prepaid so I jumped the line and told the receptionist that all my charges were pre-settled.

The quietness of the hotel The shuttle bus had a very little sign on the side of the vehicle which made it very difficult to identify. Suggest the sign should be painted on the bonnet of the shuttle bus as the front is the line of vision not the side. Missed the connection twice as did others who were equally annoyed that the bus didn't show up and then had to get to the train and then walk all the way to the hotel. A lot of people were very stressed and angry, although I spotted the error when I looked out the window in the bar and realized that we wouldn't have been able to see it. (The small sign on the side window)

It is right at the airport Not very close to the train station if you are coming from Paris to CDG. Signs to the hotel are difficult to find and it is a very long walk if you have suitcases, or if it is raining.

Centrally located for the different terminals at Charles de Gaulle Airport. No signage to call curtesy bus at the train station near the hotel. Had to walk through the car park and snow to get to the hotel. A struggle with all our luggage. Staff rather indifferent and overall cleanliness and service in restaurant poor for the prices charged. The hotel seems to rely on a captive market - need to improve service.

The closeness to the airport. I arrived during the evening after the snow hit Paris and the roads were almost shut to traffic.Check in and check out were fast and efficient. When I tried to contact the hotel from the airport to ask about the navette service to the hotel the phone went directly to hold and then disconnected. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no cups.

Breakafast and service about breakfast are really good. Free airport shuttle buss is useful. Also thanks to the hotel for our early check-in. - Room price was discussed despite of our paper confirmation from booking.com (finally booking.com price was paid, but...). - Our room, including a bathroom was rather old and not too fresh.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in recent years and one of the worst in all my 30 years of business travel. The rooms are old and dirty with carpets stained and wrinkled up. The corridors smell dreadfully. After refusing two rooms I was given a suite which was cleaner although the same age and decor. I ate in the bar which was very poor quality. The only saving grace were the staff, who despite operating in an awful environment did their best to accomodate and everything they could to rectify the situation. Well done to them. I would never book another Pullman hotel!

A trusted brand, clean, really really comfortable, lovely finishing touches with everything friendly and helpful staff, brilliant airport shuttle service Bizarrely hard to get to and not well signed at cdg until you are underneath it... Basically if you are driving ignore the sat nav as it will try to take you across the runway!

We chose this hotel, because its close to the airport, since we were travelling early in the morning. The hotel is poor for its value. The food is very bad , especialy for its value, very expensive and bad quality. Also, it was very upsetting to ask us to pay before we enter the room. The room door was broken and would remain open, the room was not cleaned well.

The rooms hadn't been prepared very well with only 1 towel when we were booked for 2 no coffee capsules available in the canister. I asked for an extra towel sent up from housekeeping and it never arrived and I ordered a glass of champagne with my dinner and had to request it a second time as it wasn't delivered with my meal

Only location from airport at reasonable price. The rooms require an urgent upgrade as paint, carpet and wallpaper are totally worn out. This hotel is not anymore a 4 stars. However the price takes into account the antiquated of the rooms

Excellent location if you are in transit at cdg. Perfectly soundproof, very comfortable bad, great breakfast selection. Hotel needs to be renovated: carpets are old (but still clean), it needs a new coat of paint on the walls, and more up-to-date paintings on the wall!
