Pullman Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport    

I liked the ability to order room service.

I thought the rooms were a bit shabby for a four-star hotel.

everythin, the location, the comfort, the clean, it was great and a nice place, if you have to trip early in the morning

location, size of rooms , clean , beds where very comforable , quite ,

found the hotel a little tired need a bit of matiantance ,which could be done fairly easly to inprove the look ,

It was easy to reach from CDG via the CDGval transport. The pool was a great way to unwing after flying, and the free shuttle to terminals and TGV station was great.

The quad room was a bit small. In spite of our booking being for 4, there weren't enough towels, gowns, glasses or cups for everyone! The whole hotel is run down, undergoing renovations, which gives it the look of a building site.

We stayed in this hotel twice: on our way to Tours and back. First stay was very below average. Hotel is under renovation and some rooms are already renovated some are not. First we stayed in not renovated room. It is old and doesn't look clean. On our way back we got renovated room, which was much better. Beds are good in all rooms. Teamaking facilities in the room. Quite close to the airport, but not in the airport building (as Sheraton for example) Convenient shuttle service.

Bad rooms if you stay in not renovated part of the hotel. They provide only one set of towel in a room for two. Breakfast was not included in the price and costed 25 euros per Person!!! Crazy! Price is too high, for lesser price we lived in Hilton at Helsinki airport (much better hotel, breakfast included)

Location

- Room was stuffy (air quality poor) - Windows were very dirty (difficult to see out of) - Bathroom door was mouldy/rotten at bottom (only partially shower screened causing bathroom floor puddles and had no water drain in floor) - Shower and washbasin problems (very slow draining) - Rust and stains around fittings and plug holes. - Raised these subjects with other hotel guests whilst on board the morning airport terminal shuttle who also were disapointed with their stay. Very disappointed this visit and may not stay with Pullman again (my only previous Pullman experience was from last my Shanghai trip which was o.k. and this led me to select the Pullman from many other options in Paris De Galle Airport precinct.

We did'nt like the airport transfer service when we came cos no one pick us up aft we call n v have to walk all the way to your hotels wth all out big laugage v are very disappointed

Good quality rooms - quiet, Good breakfast buffet

I needed somewhere to sleep between flights -- perfect location. A chauffeur drove me to my departure terminal at 5 am free of charge

The restaurant was closed when I arrived at 22.30.

Came along the walkway and walked into te wrong building beside it despite signs. Sign should say it is te second building. Front entrance. Not nice. Cut the grass. Paint the fountain add flowerbed. At first you think what have I signed into but once inside you realize it is nice Hot water in the shower both mans and woman's at the pool scalding hot to rinse off before getting in the pool in the locker rooms. Neither by boys or I could turn the temperature down

We had to fait 50 mn the shuttle from the terminal to the hôtel.It's long and cold.

In the middle of renovation. Badly needed (carpet and bathroom).

The staff were courteous and efficient. The restaurant service and meal was very good. Shuttle drivers very helpful.

Spacious, brand new room. Easy to use wi-fi room key.

Shower curtain rail fell down. One packet of biscuits in a double room is a bit mean.

Booked for the gym... Unfortunately the only treadmill there was malfunctioning

Food is plain and expensive

People were friendly. Good breakfast.

Proximity to CDG to fly out early the next day. It was very quite and comfortable.

The price of the food was expensive.

Staffs are so kind.

Confortable luxurious hotel, close at airport.

Information of the staff. Can be very formal, and in a way typical French. For I example I asked for an alternative for the little busses to the terminals. No helpful answers. No clear answers to simple questions, quickly turning to formalities.

Over priced, and run down!! Faulty electrics in the room, lights won't turn off, air con won't turn on - had to move rooms at gone midnight!!! Reception staff very scruffy, and extremely impolite..........5 Star!!! Doesn't even rate as a B&B unyet cost over £200.00 for a night, will I be back no! Will I recommend no!! Terrible service, terrible management and absolutely terrible rooms!!
