The staff was very helpful in addressing my needs. They looked after me very well.

The rooms although slightly small are very well equiped and very comfortable. The restaurant is good value for money but you need to make the staff awear you want to eat and not just to sit and look at the surroundings.

i found the hotel below par on the coffee/tea facility both in the room (only decaf coffee available) and in the lobby were the coffee machine is switched off straight after the restuarant is open in the mourning and stays off until midnight or after

The hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. I liked the room.

It would be helpful if the shuttle driver would get better informed about the terminals (he could learn where are the airlines). He dropped me at the wrong terminal and I had to get a taxi, which cost me extra money and aggravation.

Very hard to find, poor signage at the airport, no directions to find the shuttle.

I would prefer if there was a simple clothing supplier available to sell jeans, shirts and swimware for those whose luggage was missing at airport. The shuttle bus to the terminals is not as regular as the other holets buses.

Welcome and attention by desk staff to customer on arrival to register was barely average. Furthermore, a smile is a + that they don't have.

The hotel charged me significantly more than the price that I was quoted on Booking.com, despite the fact that I paid the entire cost of it before I checked in to the hotel; they charged my credit card for more money when I checked out.

easy access to airport, good shuttle service, nice breakfast

Totally rundown, dirty, crumbling, nothing works (elevators,internet...). Was miserable on the last night of the trip, should have paid more and stayed at the Hilton.
