The hotel charged me significantly more than the price that I was quoted on Booking.com, despite the fact that I paid the entire cost of it before I checked in to the hotel; they charged my credit card for more money when I checked out. |

easy access to airport, good shuttle service, nice breakfast Totally rundown, dirty, crumbling, nothing works (elevators,internet...). Was miserable on the last night of the trip, should have paid more and stayed at the Hilton. |

Closeness to airport... didn't have to worry about long travel time as opposed to staying in a hotel downtown. Lack of free internet. If I'm paying upwards of $200 per night for a hotel room, free internet usage should be expected. |

Efficient shuttle service, great front desk assistance and communication, good food at hotel restaurant although rather expensive but staff offered excellent service. All of hotel staff offered great guest service and friendly atmosphere. Very clean accomodations and ammenities were accurate. A bit too expensive but great location to airport. |

close to the terminal, good soundproofing Was not informed at check in that the shuttle was not running for my early flight. Had to call a taxi and pay 20€. When I asked at check in and told the receptionist about my early flight, she said the shuttle would be available at no cost. |

room was excellent, location was perfect for early flight, windows are soundproof, we prepaid well in advance and got our room for a fraction of the listed rate 1. The shuttle service is not reliable. The regular van had problems and was not running. We wasted 30 minutes waiting for the promised hotel driver to take us to the CGVAL, only to discover that we'd been forgotten about. 2. Food and drink are EXTREMELY expensive. Luckily we were only there one night. |

Frindly hotel staff at restaurant and shuttle bus driver, Glass shield on bath tub is not long enough that water splash all over the bath room floor after shower. |

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff very helpfull and nice. The shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient. Excelent. Strongly recomend this hotel. |

I liked the staffs helpfull attitude. This hotel is run down. The Bar furniture had a visible layer of dust and the furniture and carpets were stained. The room furniture and carpets were in the same state as the bar. This is definitely not 4 star quality. |
