room was excellent, location was perfect for early flight, windows are soundproof, we prepaid well in advance and got our room for a fraction of the listed rate 1. The shuttle service is not reliable. The regular van had problems and was not running. We wasted 30 minutes waiting for the promised hotel driver to take us to the CGVAL, only to discover that we'd been forgotten about. 2. Food and drink are EXTREMELY expensive. Luckily we were only there one night. |

Frindly hotel staff at restaurant and shuttle bus driver, Glass shield on bath tub is not long enough that water splash all over the bath room floor after shower. |

It was very comfortable and easy to get to the airport. I think guests would benefit in receiving assistance in pick up from car rental facility. |

I liked the staffs helpfull attitude. This hotel is run down. The Bar furniture had a visible layer of dust and the furniture and carpets were stained. The room furniture and carpets were in the same state as the bar. This is definitely not 4 star quality. |

The included breakfast buffet We had to change rooms twice. The A/C was broken in the 1st room, The TV was broken in the 2nd room. The rooms are run down and not very clean. |

Breakfast (which was included in price) was excellent. Bed linen was very good. Shuttle driver didn't help with the luggage & dropped us off at the wrong side of the terminal. Expensive room service arrived cold. |
