Pullman Cannes-Mandelieu  

Really beautiful location (Mandelieu) & nice beach. Very spatious and clean rooms. Well designed and big bathroom and the best bed ever ! We were upgraded to a superior room .

You deffinately need a car to move to and from the hotel so the parking should be included in the really high price of the room (costed 12€/night) and we were not informed in advance. The breakfast also should be complimentary - it was very average for 22€ per person.

The hotel looks very tired and needs renovation, it looks as 3-star hotel actually. The hotel restaurant is one of the worst in France with very poor choice. The bed was too soft and therefore very uncomfortable. Prices for sun beds on the beach seems to be equal or higher than in Cannes while the level of services is completely incomparable.

Ideal and perfect location, very comfortable rooms and clean.

The coffee/tea making facilities in the room were insulting. Sachet of instant coffee and cardboard cups and plastic spoons. A nespresso machine was stated to be included and for the price and grade of hotel a very poor service.

Extremely low and incompentent staff in reception as well as short staffed. They seemed to cut cost on staff. Poor service at seaside restaurant. Internet did not work in the room unless calling the reception, each time.

The location is quite nice.

Staff. Reception works as if they are so tired of doing their job! And the hotel hasn't enough of staff on the beach (you have to wait for your order too long) and in room cleaning (they clean well, but there're too many rooms for one who clean). It's the reason why we were checked in at 16.00 until 14.00 (normal time for check in there) or earlier.

I called room service for an empty plate , they told that this will coast me 5 euros !!!

We were attending a wedding at the Chateau La Napoule which was very convenient for the hotel. The rooms were excellent and the beds probably the most comfortable I have slept in. Location of the hotel directly onto the beach and sea was superb. Food quite good but only ate breakfast and snack lunch. Very relaxing 48 hours!

Only criticism of the hotel was the service in the restaurant and by the pool area. Lunch finished serving at 2.00 pm which is quite ridiculous on the continent especially in a beach hotel, although you could get a bar snack throughout the day, however staff totally inflexible as to where you ate this snack. We had friends who were having lunch and we wanted to join them at 2.05 but were told that as lunch finished at 2.00 we couldn't join them and would have to have a bar snack at the other side of the restaurant. When asked if we could join our friends table but still take the bar snack we were informed this was impossible!!! Not good customer relations - I think some training is required in this area !!

Great rooms and the bed is out of this world

think the T.V. system for movies is the worst I have ever seen. Also the staff in the bar rude and you had to go and ask for drinks. You would think been a 4 star hotel the service would be alot better sad.

Absoluut te weinig liften,tijdens 'ontbijtspits' en op moment dat iedereen strand en zwembad verlaat is het vaak eindeloos wachten op een van beide liften,die vaak te vol zijn dan,onfris ruiken,op elk verdiep stoppen. Dat toegang tot ontbijt,terras,zwembad en strand via soort casinobar en casinotoegang, in wat kelderverdiep lijkt, loopt is niet echt aantrekkelijk.

La situation idéale en bord de mer, sans bruit de voitures. Souvent dans la pub. 'bord de mer' signifie en fait, bord de route à grand traffic ! Très reposant. Personnel souriant et gentil, réception, voituriers, femmes de chambres, serveuses p.déjeuner. Prix correct pour une belle chambre avec balcon - nous y retournerons.

Les superlatifs sont nombreux, le personnel est attentionné aux moindres désirs, la pièce du petit-déjeuner offre une vue superbe dans un décor très design, la chambre est extèmement confortable - A ne pas louper !
