Pullman Cannes-Mandelieu  

Really beautiful location (Mandelieu) & nice beach. Very spatious and clean rooms. Well designed and big bathroom and the best bed ever ! We were upgraded to a superior room .

You deffinately need a car to move to and from the hotel so the parking should be included in the really high price of the room (costed 12€/night) and we were not informed in advance. The breakfast also should be complimentary - it was very average for 22€ per person.

The hotel was really a very pleasant surprise given the price we paid (a promotion) - the rooms were excellent and spacious, it's directly on the beach and and easy drive to Cannes. The breakfast is excellent too with a good selection and delightful situation next to the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel houses a Casino (of sorts) which was to us a negative - if you like slot machines and the crowd that does then this is the place for you. If however you like casinos with class this is not. We were scratching our heads and wondering why they put this in an otherwise delightfully located 4 star hotel...I Guess there is no accounting for taste.

I liked the comfortable big bed, the beautiful bathroom with a big shower and a window into the bedroom, the little present (beurre de karité)upon arrival, the view from the balcony, the pool, the daily paper, the friendly lady at the reception and the friendly voituriers.

I did not like the lifts: I always waited too long. I did not like the same breakfast every day: boring after a few days. Service, quality and choice are poor for meals on terrace. Salade Caesar and club sandwich differ too much from their American originals. I did not like that conferences were on in August: all these people in suits spoilt the holiday atmosphere.

Location

We were attending a wedding at the Chateau La Napoule which was very convenient for the hotel. The rooms were excellent and the beds probably the most comfortable I have slept in. Location of the hotel directly onto the beach and sea was superb. Food quite good but only ate breakfast and snack lunch. Very relaxing 48 hours!

Only criticism of the hotel was the service in the restaurant and by the pool area. Lunch finished serving at 2.00 pm which is quite ridiculous on the continent especially in a beach hotel, although you could get a bar snack throughout the day, however staff totally inflexible as to where you ate this snack. We had friends who were having lunch and we wanted to join them at 2.05 but were told that as lunch finished at 2.00 we couldn't join them and would have to have a bar snack at the other side of the restaurant. When asked if we could join our friends table but still take the bar snack we were informed this was impossible!!! Not good customer relations - I think some training is required in this area !!

Great rooms and the bed is out of this world

think the T.V. system for movies is the worst I have ever seen. Also the staff in the bar rude and you had to go and ask for drinks. You would think been a 4 star hotel the service would be alot better sad.

Gute Lage direkt am Meer. Saubere Zimmer. Valet Parking (wir schätzen es) Das Hotel ist an der Anflug / Abflug schneise vom Airport Cannes- Mandelieu aber mit sehr guten Fenstern. Da wir in der Nähe eines Flugplatzes wohnen hatten wir sogar Freude an den Starts und Landungen. Wir kommen wieder ins Pullman Cannes-Mandelieu. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Les équipements sont complets: plage, piscine, casino, salle de sport...

Le repas en chambre: nous avons commandé un club sandwich qui à mon sens et d'expérience n'était pas fait maison, le gout m'a rappelé ces sandwichs vendus en station service en forme de triangle. Autant dire que ce n'était pas bon et à la hauteur de l'enseigne... Déçue...

Diversité des propositions pour les soirées: concert, casino... plusieurs restaurants... terrasse magnifique et surtout merveilleuse literie
