The location is perfect -- 2 minutes from Place Kléber, 5 from the Cathedral. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room very comfortable, especially the bed! They do not provide free internet in rooms; you have to subscribe to Orange wifi. Considering the price of the rooms, and the otherwise excellent service, this is really poor. |

everything was just great, room big with all comforts, internet free access, gym, quality of the food at the restaurant. staff was very helpful and nice. in the city center, just behind the cathedral |

Excellent hotel. Very good location, central but quiet. Spacious comfortable room with the greatest king size bed. Well decorated in modern yet cozy style. Detailed attention also with our children, leaving a nice little teddy bear in the cot they set up in the room. Staff friendly in a discreet way. Probably the best value for the money in Strasbourg. The breakfast was not included in the room rate and too expensive. But that was really a minor issue as we had very good french breakfest in a café nearby. |

The whole experience was wonderful. Staff were polite and helpful, the service excellent and standard of accommodation first class. I would highly recommend you book breakfast at the hotel - it was superb. |

Due to its location the hotel is particularly quiet and the staff proved to be exceptionally polite and helplful.I also appreciated the comfort of beds. Rooms are rather small and wallpaper hilariously outdated. The content of the minibar was too frugal(no chocolate), bottles too big (0,750l of wine or votka seems really exagerated) and prices exaggeratedly high. |

L'hotel est en centre ville et possède un parking (avec service voiturier). Le personnel est discret mais au service de la clientèle. Le quartier (bien que en centre ville) est calme. Le lounge est spacieux, design et decoré avec de magnifiques fleurs fraiches : magnifique ! |
