Centrally located. Good hotel, rooms and breakfast. Staff at breakfast overdid a bit in terms of attention by asking to often if we needed something.

The hotel is very well located. The check-in process was really fast and the guy in charge to the parking very nice and efficient. The room was very small and the closet unbelievably tiny. The services of this hotel are really poor. The maid knocked on the door at 16:10 to clean the room; right when we went back to our room. We asked her to return after an hour so to allow us to take a shower. Then we waited in the lobby until 18:00 but when we returned to our room we discovered that nobody cleaned it up. Fortunately we met in the corridor a person from the hotel staff who solved the problem. The day after we had to renounce to the breakfast because of the long queue.

Easy to get to, either by tram or taxi from the train station. The facilities were of a very high standard as you would expect from a Sofitel, but the bonus was the staff who were very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Cathedral, Museums. Professional staff. Storage of luggage after check-out (to complete more sight-seeing). Free Wi-Fi. Clean and modern. No parking on site available (full). Parked in public parking (Place Broglie). Approx. same price. Short walk from hotel, but had difficulty to drive back to the hotel, too many one-way streets.

The hotel was within walking distance to all the tourist sites in Strasbourg. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was extremely expensive at 25E per person. We did not eat at the hotel.
