It is very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall the room was excellent.

The shuttle service which is included in the price is mot available until 7:30 at the weekend! The bar cost is disgracefully expensive for very mediocre food, service and drink.

The complimentary room upgrade, the friendly staff, the relaxing bar, and of course the swimming pool.

It is high quality and convenient for the airport.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we have an early morning flight out of tls. It's close to the airport and offers shuttle service to the airport, the bed/pillows are extremely comfortable, free internet service is in all rooms, the staff is very friendly and accomodating and they have a scale available to weigh your bags so there are no unpleasant $urprises when you check-in to your flight. There's also a bus stop nearby which allows easy access into Toulouse for a little sightseeing or one last fabulous French meal.

Their shuttle service doesn't start until 6:30 A.M. so we had to call a taxi to arrive at the airport early enough for a 7:15 A.M. flight.

We stayed at the hotel as we had just arrived by plane and it was very conveniently placed before we continued with our journey. The room was comfortable and the meal in the bar was very good (the restaurant was closed). The staff were very friendly and engaged us in good conversation.

We thought the room was not as good as when the hotel was a Sofitel, the bedside lights did not work, although we did manage to get them fixed. Tea & coffee facilities were limited, not many packs of coffee or small cartons of milk available.

La chambre avec le lit queen size, les peignoirs dans la salle de bain, une cafetière nespresso à disposition, la télé écran plat, le calme, la déco et le volume de la chambre et de la salle de bain, la proximité de restaurants, du cinéma, de l'aéroport.

On va chipoter un peu mais les places du parking sont assez petites, mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter.
