The grounds and facilities were lovely, access to trams and bus were OK, but at our time in November the trams were not operating so city travel from the hotel was very poor |

Quite convenient for motorway. Room was large enough. Evening meal was good. Aircon worked well. Room had cigarette odour. Shower leaked onto floor and carpet. Lifts were very slow/ non responsive. Some staff were helpful but generally rather apathetic. |

Very helpful and competent staff. The breakfast was surprisingly ordinary. I had hoped for better. General ambiance was nice. The bed was full size, but a little small with uncomfortable linen. I just reviewed my earlier stay at Tulip Inn at Delft (w/ bookoing.com) and bed was fantastic (forgot to mention). |

When I called front desk to ask about the internet/movie package I was told it was include with room and next morning I was chagred a discounted rate and they would not honor what the clerk said the night before. Very poor customer service. Never stya hare again. |

Le cadre, la tranquilité. Chambre spacieuse très agréable. Le buffet petit-déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Le grand lit était composé de 2 lits mis côte à côte, la literie n'était pas bien adaptée , fente au milieu ,matelas mou. |

Hotel mercure hait de gamme (****), prix élevé mais justifié au regard de la prestation. Le bar/restaurant est également trés agréable, aussi bien pour le petit déjeûner (beau buffet) qu'au moment du dîner. Silencieux mais situé au bord de l'autoroute : impossible de profiter de Lille sans voiture. |

Proximité autoroute / centre ville de Lille / gare / aéroport / centre commerciaux / idéalement situé Hotel qui demandrait une rénovation des chambres / bruyant à cause de la proximité de l"autoroute / wi fi payant pour un 4 étoiles!! / chaines tv payantes / sauna qui ne fonctionne pas correctement / ressemble plus à un 3 étoiles. |

Le rapport qualité prix J'ai en effet bénéficié d'un prix promotionnel par votre intermédiaire. Le confort des chambres . La restauration du week end parfaite pour personne seule L''attente à l'accueil. |

De zeer comfortabele bedden! Prima matrassen en een heerlijk dekbed. Voeg daarbij een ligbad, dus na een dag wandelen is het heerlijk "thuiskomen" in je hotelkamer. Het ontbijt was ook prima, en zeer uitgebreid. |

Bereikbaarheid van het hotel, Ruime opzet van de algemene ruimtes Slechte mini bar, ( alleen maar gevuld met een fles water), Karige ,eenvoudige kille zakelijke aankleding .Fitness ruimte bevat slechts 3 machines. Onbegrijpelijk dat dit de classificatie 4 sterren draagt. Voor 130 euro per nacht(excl. ontbijt) is dit hotel overbetaald |
