Very uninterested & rude staff. Checked out a prepaid room a day early. No permanent bar staff requires punters to call down through front desk staff = annoying.

All the staff were friendly and efficient, especially the Reception staff. The room was lovely, very clean and large. Tea and coffee making facilities and all items were refreshed each day. Location was perfect, literally in the centre of the town so everywhere was walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The facilities were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and had a good atmosphere.

Hotel was recently renovated so everything is new, clean and modern. Want to go back in the summer to take advantage of the great swimming pool on the top deck. Great and friendly staff. Location is perfect.

Feels like a luxury hotel. Modern design. Helpful staff. In the centre of the city near big and small shops, the old part of the town and museum. Tram stops a few minutes away, although you can walk to most places of interest. Lovely small swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof

If you stay in France stay at the best hotel if possible as standards in lower class hotels are not the best in my view.

We stayed for 3 nights to watch sport at Stade de la Mosson. This hotel was exceptional, staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming at all times of the day. Beds were so comfortable, complimentary water topped up in the superior rooms and a kettle provided too. The room was clean and had lots of nice unexpected extras like sewing kits, shoe horns, a safe which was free to use! Brilliant location, just 10 minutes (at most) walk from the train station and right next to the giant shopping centre which leads to place de la comedie. The pool was clean and modern and the pool area also comfortable and peaceful, cocktails at night recommended by the pool with a view or in the lovely downstairs bar. I could go on if this box allowed as we had such a great stay in this hotel and the lovely city of Montpellier.

If I have to think of one thing I suppose from a personal preference that I would make the pool a little warmer but it wouldn't stop me visiting again or even getting in the pool again!

Hotel luxueux, en plein centre (2 arrêts en tram de la gare St Roch) moins de 10 minutes à pied. Piscine sur le toit, avec un petit dèj digne d'un palace!!! Les chambres sont cosy, design plutôt efficace. Literie super confortable. Franchement un bel hôtel. A faire et à refaire!!

Absence de Canal+ dans les chambres (dispo seulement dans le bar en RDC). Pas rédhibitoire cependant.

La terrasse du 8è étage avec piscine , transats et restaurant gastronomique , est vraiment très agréable . L'accueil est parfait : pro , chaleureux et efficace .

Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner : la salle est un peu petite et le personnel un peu débordé par l'affluence vers 9 h 30
