The hotel staff were very friendly and the room comfortable. Location good.

The hotel staff were very friendly but the entrance hall was very dirty. As this doubles up as the breakfast room, we only ate there once. A pigeon also shared that room. I would also suggest that the swimming pool be monitored. A couple were acting inappropriately and someone should have stopped it.

Comfortable bed. Private parking available.

Small room, small swimming pool, too much chlorine in the jacuzzi water. Breakfast at 15€ per person when just a 5minutes walk in the cafe it costs 6,50€. Quite disappointing for a 4* hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful but did initially try and put us in a normal room when we had paid for a junoir suite. However the room itself was clean and the bed very comfortable and the AC worked.

Despite specfically askign for a quite room the one we were eventually given was on the road side of the hotel and noisy so it was impossible to enjoy the balcony and the view. There was no mini-bar, kettle tea or coffee making facilities and very minimal toiletries. The breakfast was not worth E 15.00 per head. The hotel is described as being in a private park and this is not correct There is no sign of a park it is however in a gated development. This was not a international 4 star hotel - 3 star at the best

The parking and the spacious room - notwithstanding the town itself. Sanary sur Mer is a gem!

Typically low season (though also low price), the first breakfast without any hotel staff whatsoever.

Ne correspondond absolument pas à un 4* (bon 2*...) - matériel ancien sans charme - buffet petits-dejeuners très ordinaires - sol terrasse sale - parking extérieur payant : éxagéré - Prix complètement surfaits pouir l'établissement

L'accueil ou l'on nous a fait remarquer plusieurs fois que nous avions eu les chambres "en promo"! Et "petit prix , petite chambre" dixit la gérante .le fait que cette dernière n'avait pas enregistré notre commande et que nous avons du retrouver le mail de booking pour être surs de la réservation. La situation , assez loin du centre et de la mer dans un quartier peu agreable. La piscine ,petite couverte mais dans une pièce borgne

Excellent accueil très chaleureux

Nous étions déçu des prestations de cet hôtel 4 étoiles, pas de mini bar, un lit en 140 pour une chambre grand confort ça fait léger, des vieilles couvertures et pas de housse de couette, pas de room service. Petit déjeuner à 15€ c'est cher pour ce qu'il y A.

La chambre etait grand et belle avec une grande terrasse.

Un très bel emplacement a quelques minutes des plages et du centre ville, un accueil sympatique

Plein de détails déqagréables (réception principale fermée la nuit sans information préalable, coffre hs, fenetre qui ferme mal..) pas à la hauteur du prix affiché

l'impossibilité d'acceder à la piscine qui avait été la raison du choix de l'hotel sans aucun préavis et sans aucune compensation sur place
