rooms uncomfortable, bathroom not clean awful breakfast grossly overpriced
Proximity to old town is a 15-20 minute walk along the harbor front which is pleasant. Lots of restaurants to choose from to go and eat if you do not feel like walking very far. Nice view of harbor during the day and night.
Breakfast is cheap ... Ingredients and variety but to be expected for a three star hotel. However to charge the high price of 285 euros for what the management calls a junior suite is the worst ever that I have had in my entire life of traveling and what I call false advertising for you get! I had the chance to check out other placed much better and less costly. The noise of the disco across the harbor enters your room regardless of closed windows or earplugs or air condioning unit! The pillows were awful and if you have to use the bathroom at night be careful of the level of difference between bedroom and bathroom or you fall! The sink is made of wood varnished with boat varnish and the sink is made of an agglomeration of four pieces of coriander. Type material glued together at 4 corners! The varnish of the bathroom floor is the same and peeling. The carpet in the room smells and they use air freshner to cover up. The rug on floor is is hideous and bedcover is awful both in color and texture and weight. Also why have two balconies divided by a wall? View and description of junior suite is totally deceptive on internet!
great staff - friendly and spoke english perfectly lovely locations on the quiet side of the port nice an peaceful area to enjoy a coffee or breakfast swimmingpool wifi
limited parking but the staff was always eager to find a spot for you size of room expensive breakfast so we ate elsewhere
The view of the harbour
Dirty and old swimming pool not looking at all like the picture ! Old rooms and corridors Reception was arrogant as usual in corsica ... Too expensive for this level of quality
Rooms were a bit small, however In a place like Boniface you don't spend much time in them.
We spent 2 nights (2 adults et 2 children) Great location with an amazing view. Best situation if you compare with the Caravelle hotel for example. Clean rooms. The staff is helpful. Free parking.
The AC didn't work but we could support the heat because it was windy this week. The access to the parking is really narrow.
Excellent staff! Great, clean facilities and superb location. It is situated on the "other" side of the port, so the harbour nightlife wont disturb your sleep.
No minibar, all rooms does not have the french balconies depicted on their site and the breakfast is absolutely not worth the price.
Great location Kind and available staff Nice rooms with nice balconies
Breakfast is nothing special
Parking easily available New modern reception area Restaurant and excursions Swimming pool area Breakfast staff Hospitality
Impossible to find any weaknesses
we had to book this hotel last minute and were happy to get anything at all, the whole city was booked out. they have a nice pool viewing the citadell and also a jacuzzi without extra costs
basically you're paying for the pool. the rooms' finishing (as most of the building) looked quite old and of bad quality. only the entrance was polished to brillance, which is quite useless. breakfast much too expensive and the wifi didn't come through in our room (real embaressement for a hotel for 200€ a night).
Reception and personal very nice and helpful, the view from the hotel to the port and the town is fantastic, the swimming pool an oasis among all the buildings. Good WIFI coverage
Breakfast very standard suitable for sugar lovers. It could be some green plants around the pool.
View from room and location.
Very poor breakfast at a very high price. Noise from disco across the harbour. Rooms small and overpriced you certainly pay for the view.
+ the view from the windows. + the staff (although some were not so good at speaking English).
-Poor breakfast that was too expensive, NOT worth the money (15 euro)! The coffee were from a wending machine, small yoghurt cans, factory made omelette that supposed to be hot but was not defrosted. -Bad smell in the closet and the bed spreads. -The safety box was not attached to the wall.
Beautiful, perfect location with a superb view over the habour!
It really depends on what you want: But if you like to sleep the night, then you should look at the next hotel on your list. There's an unbelievable loud and active party club in the habour and even if you close the proper windows you hear every beat till 2am, every night...and I'm still somebody who's going out for dancing :-) Besides too pricey for the value.
Brilliant setting, great view from the rooms and stunning location for a pool
The late night bar in the marina is right across from the hotel. Played loud music until 1.30am
Great location and outlook
What a fantastic location overlooking the boats coming and going from our room. The staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast was included. Very clean.
Clean & modern hotel
Noisy surrounding (not the fault of the hotel).
We just came back from this hotel and we were very delighted about our trip. The location is great, the staff is very kind and helpful (special thanks to Roxanne and Aude). We highly recommend Corsica and specifically this Hotel.
Excellent location - balconies directly over the marina with lovely view. Short wander to restaurants. Clean and spacious.
Wifi was only working in reception area - occasionally connected in room, but not reliable.
View is very pretty
The bar across the port blared very loud and obnoxious music until past 1AM; this meant for an exhausting first night. Apparently the hotel is at the mercy of the mayor's office for controlling it.
Loved the location and the friendly staff. Light and airy room, but a bit noisy at night and rather a hard bed. Overall perfectly good value.
Brilliant location. Close to bus and right on marina. Not too close to noisy eateries.
Breakfast seemed fairly expensive so we ate elsewhere.
