Good location & helpful staff.

Imaginative new design. I had stayed at this hotel several times before and was pleased to find it better than ever. Staff courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with lovely, quirky touches. The rooms were of a decent size (for a city hotel) and had a great use of space. The Mac in the room was incredibly useful. The hotel was quiet and in an excellent loaction. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Whilst I wouldn't pay the full price for it, as it did seem a little expensive, I would definitely stay here again at the discounted price we paid and have already recommended it to friends. A perfect, stylish hotel in a great location.

Nothing, it was great!

What a lovely place to stay. It is nice and close to the Pantheon and a major metro stop as well as the Luxemburg Gardens. The room, while small, was what we ordered and it was clean and comfortable. The front of house staff speak a wide range of languages and made our stay very pleasant indeed. When we come back to Paris we willseriously consider coming back.

Very efficient and friendly staff, great location, all the facilities we needed for our stay, and the room upgrade was an awesome bonus! The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the staff were able to help us whenever we needed assistance.

Could not connect to the wi-fi on my device. The room comes with an Internet- enabled computer so we still had Internet access, we just couldn't use it if we wanted to watch tv at the same time (as the computer functions as the tv as well).

Very small room. Small and hard bed. Small shower. One of the party is 189cm and moving around the room was difficult. Felt like corners had been cut with refurbishment, eg shower not closing properly, flaking paint, ceiling tiles not properly alligned.

The staff was very helpful. The location was convenient. I liked the computer access in the room. Decor was attractive.

The walls were very thin so that any noise, conversation, or music in the next room was disturbing. For the price, the room was tiny, barely larger than the bed.

Great design and style

Tiny room - really tiny room

We stayed in a 'superior' room- it was small, but fine with small bathroom (shower, no bath). We appreciated having a computer provided in the room.

Whilst realising that this area of Paris is expensive, we did feel that this hotel is on the expensive side and will probably stay just round the corner at a 2 star hotel next time.

I love the design of this hotel, it just so lovely. Feel free to ask anything from the staff`, they are so helpful even explained the detail of your question.

The breakfast wasn't worth for the amount you paid.

The rooms were clean and pretty. There was plenty of space for two people. The hotel was located right by the Sorbonne which put it in the heart of the Latin Quarter, but off the main drag so it was quiet.

The location was close to Metro Stations. The rooms were sufficiently large by Paris standards. The bathroom appeared bright and clean. The room had free Mac computer suitable for emails etc

Our room had a continuous smell of sewerage and with the door closed during the day the stench was overwhelming on return. The room was overpoweringly dark (black floors and black/green walls) & the lights in the room dull and misplaced. It was impossible to read a book or map in the room. We had to use a mobile phone light to read the room safe locking instructions. The room WiFi was all but unusable.
